Terrible Stay
It was not a good stay the listed rates on menu is different with actual price. Not all services was working. Bedsheet were having holes.

Complimentary breakfast included special amritsari kulcha that was mouth watering. Staff is really helpful. Best professionalism I experienced here in Amritsar.

Pathetic Hotel, ruined my tour.
Coocroach in wardrobe, broken and dirty serving dished, dirty towels, torns mattress, no WiFi, dirty bathroom doormat. Pathetic room service, had to wait for water for 30 minutes with 3 times remainder. MMT must remove the hotel from its site. This hotel has ruined my trip to Amrister. I'm losing faith on MMT for suggesting such hotel.

Not very poor but not above average too.
The hotel is located in a good area but they don't have any parking space. Hardly one car can be parked. The staff was courteous but the room service was slow and took a long time to even deliver 2 cups of tea. The bathroom was clean but there was some leakage which led to a wet floor. The room was spacious but the matresses were not very comfortable. The blankets were dusty. The cupboard in our room had an empty bottle of whisky when we occupied it, so I deduce that the room cleaned properly. All in all I think it was the only room available at that time which made me choose this. Otherwise I have.
