The only good thing about this hotel is the location and a few staff! everything else is downhill from there. They do not turn on the heat in the rooms, ask and different staff give different stories! they will give you a heater at a cost of initial price 500. 00 then bargain and get for 300. 00 and that heater is so small you have to be near it to stay warm. They give two tea bags per day and even that one has to ask and for the water bottles also. If you use their preferred service for transportation it is expensive then dealing directly with the company. For going to wagah border the guy said deal with me directly and it will be cheaper by 300-400 rupees. Obviously, the hotel/staff make money on it! no cleaning of rooms or changing bedsheets unless you don't ask. In the morning day of check out the fuse blew, so no charging phones etc and no power to start the kettle for water and the phone was not working. Crazy!
