Review Of Hotel Sarovar Regency (The Cottage)

Location is in close proximity to golden temple. But if you have your own vehicle,there will be parking issue. Better not to come with your own vehicle. Rooms are decent,food is great. Overall good experience except for parking.

The stay was good, relaxing,rooms were well maintained and room service was decent. The food qualities could have been a bit better but anyhow we enjoyed the stay.

Location and the quality of rooms were good. However, something is lacking in response and housekeeping. I asked for an extra bedsheets twice one evening but it was not sent to me. Also, hot water was not available on 18th early morning though the staff on duty repeatedly said it is available. Only one dental kit and one comb was provided though there were 2 persons in the room.

Had a comfortable stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with all major sites within easy reach. Public transport options were readily available nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, a great choice for a hassle-free stay.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Sarovar Regency (The Cottage), Amritsar. The staff was very cooperative as they guided us how to reach the property when we were a bit lost. Their services were very prompt and everything was provided at its earliest. Our room was properly cleaned and sanitized ,also the checkin and checkout process was very smooth. So, we had a great stay.

Location of the property was a bit inconvenient because quite a few narrow lanes had to be crossed. Cars could not drop off right upto the hotel. Had to take a battery auto. But golden temple was just next door so that was good. Food and facilities were good. Staff were courteous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarovar Regency in Amritsar with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh within walking distance. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Golden Temple from the terrace. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Overall, Sarovar Regency is a great choice for anyone visiting Amritsar, and I'd highly recommend it.

The picture and actual property are absolutely different. Rooms are very small. Its not even worth half the price. The only good point is its walking proximity to Darbar Sahib, Jallianwala Bagh and Museum of Partition , and Town Hall

*Location* - Location was excellent as it is very near the Akal Takht side and quite near the NRI Yatri Niwas so easy to locate. *Food* The food is non spicy and quite tasty. Sometimes their kitchen was not operational for lunch as most guests are out travelling. Nonetheless the kitchen should be on during lunch hours too. *Amenities & Service* Overall good. Quite well stocked with all the necessary things and were available like bathroom supplies, tea, coffee materials etc. Overall very courteous staff, very helpful, helped in arranging cabs for us to reach the railway station when our train station got changed.

Reception team member mota Bhai behave impolite. I was called he, and I ordered filling some RO water for my empty bottles.Then he came my room with new water bottle (without cooling) And Hotel colddrink price is double cost then out shopes. We were used 02 bottles of cold during (20/-) each wala They was mentioned double cost in my bill.each bottle (40/-)

Location not reachable directly by CAB.No food delivery system.All amenities mentioned by the Property owner.Rooms are claustrophobic with no ventilation.AC does not work.Rude behaviour by staff .Female boarders are disrespected

The Hotel Sarovar Regency ia really very close to 'Sri Harmandar Sahib ' and the staff is also very helping.

Stay is really good. Location near by goldan temple approx only 2 min for walk. Food is also good and less spicy for kids Amenities and services is too good

Wouldn't recommend this place. Paid Rs. 2200 for Super Deluxe Room only to find out that you can get the exact same room with the exact same amenities when taking up a Deluxe Room for just Rs. 1300. When I pointed this issue out, the Manager of the Hotel along with a male staff member started arguing and came to my room with a measuring tape to compare the size of both rooms only to make a fool of themselves because both the rooms had the exact same dimensions. I do thank them for letting me check-in 2 hours early but I'd never fall for the Super Deluxe trap.

Hotel rooms are good and clean. Approach of hotel is Very difficult to reach with your own car due to very narrow roads , Other wise good location to visit temple restaurant and museum.
