Disappointing stay.

This was the most disappointing stay i have ever booked through makemytrip. I booked one room for two days and obviously payment was done at the time of booking. It was a mystery who was the real owner as hotel had some lease issues and handover work wasn't done that time. I am wondering how could makemytrip even list these types of hotels. There was only one person who was working like watchman for hotel besides him no one was there. Rooms were in bad condition as cleaning work wasn't done from over a week. Bedsheets and pillow covered were dirty and covered with someone's hair. On request that only person person available in the hotel tried to help us but he had some family issues so he also left. Cherry on the icing was other day some auto drivers were there to watch guard the hotel. It wasn't worth to stay there but i did whole payment in advance and couldn't do anything. Overall very terrible stay. I would like to request to refund at least half of my payment as some dharamshala are better than this hotel.
