Location Was Good. However need to improve hygiene and hospitality.

Property is in a good location, Just 1km from Golden temple. Food is not bad, No proper parking, Parking beside Road.

The rooms were decent although the staff had to be continuously removed to refill the toiletries where the dispenser was broken and was continuously falling down. We asked for toilet paper and the apparently even forgot to send it to us. It’s quite close to Golden Temple and other eatery joints so location is good.

Room was clean , location was good , overall a good experience as staff was also very supportive and humble.

Looks good but missing at cleaninesss and they does not provide any shower gell and shampoo but besides thistge morning receptions seems to be bit awkward

Nice comfortable stay at this hotel, which is located within walking distance of Golden temple. Hotel has an in-house Barista which offers great afagato. Positive - Rooms and clean and spacious. Washroom are again clean and large. They also provide hair dryer - Room service is upto the mark and they fulfill your request - Food is delicious as we tried there breakfast during check out.

Property is at centre of market which is good but the main disadvantage for me was rooms don’t have windows and are small in size. Food is okay though service a bit slow, need to remind them.

Good hotel with neat & clean rooms. But a little small rooms, and all the rooms are not with windows. Minus point outside food is not allowed in the hotel. Staff was courteous, they took great care of me. It was a good stay

The stau was overall nice. The receptionist is a bit unfriendly and you have to ask for tooth brush and paste. Rest everything is fine. It's worth staying hotel.

Stay was good. The room is equipped with all amenities mentioned. Staff are very polite and also concerned about the customer. The room was small but with all facilities. The hotel was at the walking distance from The Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh and Partition Meusuem. The only thing that was not good was the wait time in the restaurant for breakfast, the buffet arrangement was not there. Restaurant staff will serve the items based on your order.

We had the pleasure of staying at hotel luxurio from october 12th to 15th, 2024. Located just a ten-minute jaunt from the golden temple, getting around was a breeze. Traveling with elderly parents, including my mother in a wheelchair, we were grateful for the thoughtful arrangements. Mr. Kunal, the hotel’s general manager, went above and beyond by reserving two rooms for us and staying in touch to address all our questions with remarkable patience. Mr. Sunny at the front desk ensured seamless checkin. The rooms were elegantly decorated, designed to ensure maximum comfort for guests. However, a couple of improvements could be made: a minibar that was listed in the amenities but not present in our room would have been a nice touch. Additionally, having a few steam irons available would allow guests to tackle wrinkles without resorting to laundry services. Overall, our stay was delightful, with the exception of the food and beverage services. Breakfast orders took an eternity, as there was only one staff member juggling restaurant service and in-room dining. The gm had to step in to expedite our orders, but a few items still slipped through the cracks. We learned that a flu outbreak had caused a staffing shortage, which explained the hiccups. Despite this minor setback, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely consider returning to hotel luxurio on our next trip to amritsar.
