Location of hotel is very good. Just 5 minutes from amritsar railway station. Only one issue tv is not working.

The hotel is located in the heart of queens road its very near to rely station and 10 minutes distance from bus stand the staff is co-operative but few things has to be maintain by the hotel like charging facility in the room, door mets and room locks to be get repair, otherwise the hotel is good.

The service was very bad and pathetic, rooms was very smelly, room was not properly clean there was no facilities provided by them. Wound note recommend.

Good food good environment good behaviour of the staff very co operative. We reached there at 1:30 but still food was ready.

Very poor condition of rooms. I changed almost 3 rooms after check in due to improper facilities in each room. Lastly room that i got didn't have proper washroom facility. Hotel have very poor service. Will not recommend to any person to choose this hotel.

My booking was denied by the hotel present at the location that put in make-my trip because the name of the hotel i booked changed to some other name almost 5 years back it seems. Regarding this i called to customer care also but no body till date responded positively. This is the terrible response from make-my trip which i didn't expect.

This hotel is close to 1 km which was pretty my fine for me as per the location, room was also decent but the concern for me was the bed mattress, the mattress which they used were very hard, which caused a pain in my entire back, so choose wisely.

Location of property is good, property is well maintained n staff is really responsive. Internet connection id good. Food is good

Awesome hotel

I found this on mmt, hotel is nice as per the budget, service is good. Ac working, bathroom clean, soap provided after, check in for hygiene. Calling service for food, i really loved that 3/5 star

All the members are cooperative and punctual in their scheduled work. They well behaved with us and give us proper information about the visiting place

We have reached at about 11. 50-12 in the mid night. Out of two one was a three bed set up. Ironically the third bed was not coming out from the main bed. In the second room the toilet seat was not working. Also the kettles given for heating the water was not clean. We have complained. Though we were give an alternate room, we are not satisfied. In the photos, the rooms were looking nice and beautiful but in reality, it was not so. We felt that the rooms were not worth the money charged by you. As we were always booking through you, i have suggested these for necessary action and improvement. Thanks
