location is good but they did not give me a decent room and instead asked for extra cost. cleanliness is another issue with them

The hotel is at the heart of the attraction. very close to the golden Temple ( walking distance). the name is very justified and it's really at the center of the attractions. highly recommended if you are travelling with your family and kids. we took the city view room and my kids and family really enjoyed the view.

Hello.. Hotel staff was good but the room we atayed in was very very unhygienic.. i have stayed there 3-4 times before but this time i had worst experience There were dirty sheets on the bed and pillow covers were dirty, washroom was not cleaned, no dustbins, no hot water supply, room was smelly. I didn’t liked the stay at all.. will not book for future again.

I lost room card key for which i was charged the amount which is never the case in any hotel i have stayed before. No hotel charges you for a new card key for your room. Secondly, personal item from my room went missing after room cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh, which made sightseeing super easy. I was able to get Darshan twice and Langar too so easily. The staff were warm, polite, and always smiling. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and service was attentive to the little details that make a big difference. The only minor issue was the shower handle — it’s a bit hard to use and feels like it might break if you twist too firmly. Not a dealbreaker, just something they could improve. Overall, a lovely experience. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Amritsar.

First they gave me room without any window then after shouting a bit i got a room with wall paper coming out due to water sealing but i managed to stay for one day. the staff is very loud on the ground floor . fan was making a loud noise when tried using if
