It was a great stay.Polite behaiveour of staffs.Rooms are good.Worth staying.Very near to Golden temple,local markets,Jaliawala bagh and Walkable distance to Partition Muesium.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The location was great,and tge staff were friendly and helpful. The room with comfortable bed linen. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again

Very poor service, pathetic towels, too many issues. They charged 8666 for such a pathetic service. Bed sheets low quality. Washrooms not clean. Phone not working

Terrible Stay
l selected the 240 sq ft lowest price room however they were allocating me with room size smaller Hence confronted them to get the standard room as per the booking. Also, they were asking for extra charges Rs 1000/- to get the standard room of 240 sq ft.

Excellent Stay
Location room staff service was excellent and staff cooperation was awesome. I never felt any bad experience. I will recommend my friends to visit one earth hotel always.

Terrible stay
Room was not clean, TV was not working staff refused to change the room. Overall experience was poor

the hotel for stay is very nice and near to golden temple but this time we were not happy with the in-house service which was very poor. the tea and sugar sachets where very less not even for 2nd time service and the reception reply was that milk powder sachets are finished yesterday only, you can order from kitchen and you have to pay, when I argued with them the said no we can not give you free. if I have to recommend I will hesitate to refer them. the hotel for stay is very nice and near to golden temple but this time we were not happy with the in-house service which was very poor. the tea and sugar sachets where very less not even for 2nd time service and the reception reply was that milk powder sachets are finished yesterday only, you can order from kitchen and you have to pay, when I argued with them the said no we can not give you free. if I have to recommend I will hesitate to refer them.

Food was not provided, Amenities is good but facilities in the room was limited, No electric kattel, No mini Bar

Good Stay
city hotel is a very good hotel and the house keeping staff is very good nature. And the rooms are also very good but the behavior of the lady staff at the reception was very rude but I hope that they will change their behavior and if I get a chance in future to visit Amritsar next time then I will definitely stay in City Heart. it was a good experience and MMT have upgraded our room as well but hotel people gave us the room with a terrible view instead of a city market view that was the only drawback otherwise staff was nice and polite.

worst staff and rooms ever.
Worst services and the staff was very rude and not at all helpful. Book any other hotel but never book this hotel ever. I am a traveller and i have never experienced this kind of rude staff ever!

stay at one earth amritsar
We were provided with rooms in the basement which was very suffocating as there were no windows..one of us got a room on the 3rd floor, which was smelling of wood varnish and paint as the hotel is currently under renovation. The smell was unbearable. We had to look for another hotel. Luckily the management proposed us to stay in another of their chain hotel itself,though it was quite far from the golden temple,the stay there was quite good.

The hotel is under maintenance everything was ok except they mentioned on the mm t app about food inclusion. And i booked it with breakfast but they dont have working kitchen. So they gave us breakfast from outside. This thing has to be fixed.
