The rooms are not well maintained. Basic amenities like iron box was not available. The room was just wept and had a pungent smell when we entered with the floors being sticky

Overall experience was good, close proximity to golden temple and jaliyawala bagh. Clean rooms and good food.

The hotel was okay, not worth 6k for 2 rooms. Small. No windows, no ventilation. Okay if you want to come for a day stay. No toiletries.

I booked this hotel after going through the reviews, but my experience was quite disappointing. • Only a ½ liter water bottle was kept in the room for 3 guests. • No AC remote was provided, and the intercom was not working, so I had to call the reception multiple times through my mobile phone just to get basic assistance. • The room we were allotted was smelly and had dampness (सीलन) all around. • Even after calling the reception around 10 times, water bottles were provided very late. • The next morning, there was no water supply in the bathroom, and we had to take a shower in another vacant room. • To add to the disappointment, the entire breakfast served was extremely salty, making it difficult to eat. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable and far from the standard expected. The hotel seriously needs improvement in terms of basic facilities, cleanliness, food quality, and guest support.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly memorable experience. The check in process was smooth. The room was spacious and had all the modern amenities. Staff made me feel welcomed right away with early check in. In House food was fresh and especially mid night cravings. it's conveniently situated near major attractions and transport options are available. Would definitely stay here and recommende to anyone visiting the area.

Had a fantastic stay at Saffron Luxe! The staff were warm and welcoming. Our family suit was clean and cozy. Minor issues with room cleansing were promptly attended. All food preparation was very tasteful, and was served on time. Mohit was very helpful. A safe place for family stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
