Horrifying experience

The staff had denied early check-in despite informing them prior and made us wait for an hour early in morning at 5AM and later charged a fee and let us enter. It was a horrible experience for us as we travelled as a family.

Good place to stay(just the the A/C needs to be checked)

The stay was really good. The staffs were very polite and they even gave me a early checkin.The rooms were clean as usual, only the air conditioning had issues so just want the team to take care of that. Def a good place to stay.

This time I had a very average student experience, as we got very small standard room where there is no space to have our luggage, also the amenities mentioned are not provided, they didn't even kept kettle and coffe powders, below average stay.

The place was alright. I had a train next day so stayed here for 1 night as it’s very close to smvt station. The room and the washroom had a smell . It seemed like it was the smell of air freshner but the smell was odd. Some maintenance issues in the washroom like the sink had a leak although they fixed that. The towel holder in the washroom was broken and the washroom door was difficult to open. All in all okay stay when I just have to crash for a night and need a cheap place.

I use to stay in same place mulitple times but dis time faced multiple issues like Tap issue No tissue or handwash Requested to provide table which was informed earlier they will provide But main question is if they are not providing facility but charging same why you guys dont cut the price if they dont provide whatever is mention

I am a frequent traveler to Bangalore. Atleast I go there twice a month in connection with my work. I have been staying in a hotel on MG Road regularly but during this Jan I got a call to inform that all advance booking had been cancelled due to renovation work. So I was wondering where to stay because I am very choosy regarding selection of hotel Then When I was browsing Make my trip app stumbled upon this property. Olive group runs many hotels in Bangalore. I choose this Olive Kalyan since I had to attend a wedding nearby. I had come along with my family. The hotel also served my purpose of combining business with family function. This is a very good property to stay business or pleasure. Right from the front desk which is well managed by Ms Anita to Manager Sh. Arun Kumar take the extra effort to make your stay a pleasant one. Not but not the least the boys are very polite and attend to your needs in a giffy.
