Shoba Suites | Caretaker & Wi-Fi

Location, location and location. That’s the usp of this property. Apart from that boorish and unfriendly caretakers / staff, non-existent amenities even basic like wi-fi, tv, bathroom essentials like towels, clean holders, supplies etc. Would be my last stay.

Location is the USP of this property. Cant find a more centre, convenient and posh location at this price in Bangalore. Clean, decent rooms in which you can stay with family. WIFI signal and overall network signal is below average. Value for money.

A horrid experience! we stayed for 1. 5 days here! we stayed in a 3 people suite! ill maintained, dirty, cockroach infested, and potentially a health hazard due to mold! rude and disrespectful reception staff. 1. The number of cockroaches in the suite was shocking and disturbing. The moment we entered and opened the light 50-100 small cockroaches fled into corners. These small cockroaches are everywhere in the room, including in the fridge, which also does not work! 2. The state of the room is just bad! the bedsheets are all old and not cleaned well, some even torn at places, and have a musty smell to it. 3. The ac had been clearly leaking water from ages and was never fixed because there was black mold growing from the leak site and the water was soaking the curtain under the ac! 4. No amenities were provided upon check in- well other than a plain scam because the photos online are completely different from reality! only 2 towels and 2 tiny soap bars were given for a suite meant for 3 people after we complained and asked them to provide it! 5. The rudeness of the receptionist! : we checked in the morning and a different receptionist completed our check in procedure, and the afternoon receptionist was horribly rude, when we expressed our complaint about the cockroaches, when there was a miscommunication between himself and the morning receptionist, he was still rudely telling us don’t we know rules. After being told that the state of the room is really bad, he told us you can complain to whoever you want and walked off into a different room! 6. The lock on the suite door is old and near broken, and you have to use all the force possible to pull it forward while unlocking it or it won’t unlock! the entire experience was just horrible, would never stay here again, really bad experience! i hope the owner does something about this!

No exhaust in bathroom, single towel for two rooms, switch box were open, switches are damage, couldnt charge the phone properly. No safety measures taken

The location is good but the place is so noisy in night especially in Saturday and Sunday because many pubs are around and rooms are having a very strong smoking smell.

The property was normal. Location was good and convenient. Room was fine and, washroom was also clean, but the design of the washroom was not proper. Staff was helpful. Our overall stay was just OK.

Good food, correct location, good service

Wash rooms are very dirty. Furniture as well very dirty. We took 2BHk flat we stayed 4adults and 2 Children’s, they provided only 2 pillows. It’s very bad experience.

It was a good place and it was in the hot City so I could travel wherever I want

Room service was pathetic and rooms were have having old model CFT TVs in which the cable was not working. Reported no one bothered, suffocates verandahs no ventilation ok room.
