Super Collection O Olive

I'm was new for Bangalore so with help of MakeMyTrip app, i booked Collection O Hotel Olive but they service not good like bathroom window was open, bathroom pipe was liking, water not good because red worms in water, room latch broken, bed and pillow dirty, they didn't provide tv, water heater and complementary water bottle. A couple of days back I went to Chennai. At the hotel they provided a water heater and a water bottle with good service at the same price.

When we visit the lodge they told no rooms are available but i have booked for 2 days and after some adjustments they cleaned room and gave us

A descent stay at Convenient price. Really Good Staff. Friendly and family like behaviour. You Don't feel like you're staying in hotel it's like Home

When compared to the road, the room had more dust inside. Bed had the worst smell and caused vomit-ting. No current plus no water adding on, bottles and cigarettes in the washroom. Staying here is recommended at your own risk.

It’s located far off without any public transportation around. There is no lift and heater in the washroom. Although property looks good and clean.

Hotel was average. Just we were required to pay extra over and above what we paid while booking through mmt. Extra money was charged, else entry was denied. Lift is not installed yet

Location is decent. Considering i paid 800 rs for a day, i wouldn't complain regarding that. Staff is useless, most of the time nobody is there at the reception. Wouldn't recommend for family but if you are alone and just need a room to sleep then it's fine. Also there is no water heater in the washroom. Lift is also not there and i had my room at 3rd floor. Also there was no water jug or glass that was kept inside the room.
