No Hot water facility at the hotel. Beds were Stinking No proper towels all dirty Staff was very rude. Highly not recommendable. I need compensation and refund to be processed at the earliest.

There is no room service provided in prior..They are not treating the customers in good manner Check in time at 12 pm and requested for early check-in but they didn't consider that request and asked to cancel & rebook through offline then only they will offer early check in.

No politeness in staff. If they do not want some customer business, they will treat as slave. No decent activities, they have.

Make my trip booking shows food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the hotel guys are saying no food will be provided. Room cleaning is not good. No hospitality at all.

The photo's that are given are very old, and it not cleaned, lift corridor are full smell of cigarettes, service are very horrible

Very dirty bedsheet and place is unhygienic. Even complained the staff response is very bad. Though we book room with breakfast hotel management refuse to provide and talk rudely.

When compared to review staff were cordial, prime location, good to stay price i paid was good value for money

Beds are different for direct hotel booking and booked from makemytrip. No water bottles will be provided, bathrooms are not clean and no water supply on time, staff behaviour is not good as booking is from makemytrip. Please remove this hotel from the list. Not worth the money. Very cheap hotel.

Location is very good and food available is of good quality at a very reasonable price. It's near ramanuj film city

Every day cleaning rooms, friendly staff. One issue with make my trip, i was booked with breakfast, but there is no breakfast was available. I have to call makemytrip and got breakfast money return. It created inconvenience. Makemy trip should verify before offering.

Staff was not at all cooperative, smelly and dirty bed sheets, stained toilets, not enough room services

Rooms are not well maintained. No hot water 24 hrs. Speaker problem with television. Cockroaches and bugs in the room.

Breakfast added, but not given. Henceforth don't kind off issue no one facing, please address this issue.

The room is air-conditioned. Bed covers are not changed regularly. As pillow cover was soiled, i requested them to change. Guests are provided a towel (returnable, one small soap & one satchet of shampoo. No complimentary breakfast / water bottle for online guests. But ro water was provided in used bottle. Wifi did not work. Bathroom fitting was leaky. Poor treatment for online guests. Good vegetarian food available in hotel in ground floor.

Hotel cleans room everyday. Nice place to stay for a family.
