rooms are not that comfortable washrooms are terrible we are unable to bath in that washrooms cleaning is that good

There were so many cockroaches all over the bed. The toilet seat had no cover. The location is so dirty and stinky. The owner is rude. Moreover, the bed sheets and blankets were dirty and stained. I'd suggest to book this hotel only if there is no other option nearby and you've to stay at night. But try to avoid this place. Please make sure the lock of the door is working properly. Their locking system are terrible. I had to change my room thrice in 2 days, coz their lock was not working. Upon requesting, they replied "aap baahr jaa sakte ho, peechhe se koi nhi aayega room me". This is horrible.

Sir they are not allowed us to stay in, so we went some other place, please kindly return our payment.

Location is difficult to identify. And locality is not clean.

But they gave me non ac, and more over it is under construction, uneducated staff, no proper response, delay in checking in many more, I strongly recommend not to go there.

It makes you feel like you're staying in working men's hostel or PG. Beds are having very hard mattress with steel frame. Easily accessible from metro and MMTs. No TV, water, restaurant available. It's a new construction, may be we can expect some more amenities in future. Overall its okay.

Hotel management is not good about payment we done payment thought online but he not accepting and not ready to speak Oyo customer care also irresponsible management and he didn't give room for next day because we have paid through online.

The staffs were very slow and terrible, I could see only one staff there, we had to wait for at least half an hour for the check in and they were initially refusing our stay saying that online payment are not accepted. We had to carry the towel by ourselves and even the lift wasn't working. The rooms were horrible, extra small and suffocating as hell. We had the most horrible experience there.

Rooms are spacious but washrooms are not that space. It's a newly constructed hotel, so they doesn't provide the TV and Wi-Fi. Hope they will add in coming days. Location is good its very near to bharath nagar metro station. Overall good experience.

First there is no board to identify the hotel, very dirty in front office, we stayed two persons, but they give one towel, one bath kit, one bed sheets, and they said they can't even change the single bed sheet, room dirty. It's terrible experience, we just decided not to book hotels through MakeMyTrip.

Bad stay for me. The atmosphere was so dirty. Besides the hotel, big drainage was there. After 8 if you open your room doors you will get the smell.
