don't recommend. water not in room. intercom not in room if any requirement, breakfast not given 2 days, fan sound, mismanagement, ac not start, room light in front of glass not working, not satisfied with stay, don't recommend to others, poor service

Team ...I had booked two rooms with BF but hotel staff gave only one room with BF. Plus this hotel is very poor in terms of maintenance as no pest control, no towel kept in room, no complimentary water bottle, no tea coffee kettle in room...Sorry feeling for everything..

The room was a good size. Linen and towels were clean. Need to work on cleanliness a bit. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.

One of the worst hotel I ever stay ... lots of cockroaches in hotels room .. staff was very rude...no service

Appointment with my stay at Supatowerhouse Hotel, Hyderabad. Rooms felt outdated and not very clean, and the service was slow and unresponsive. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was very average stay. Only best thing about it was internet was working good and there were many tiffin centre's near by. However there were many issues with their service. Tv was not working, they dint provide breakfast. I had an appointment at 9 and requested before day itself to arrange breakfast 15 mins earlier their usual time which is 8.30 to 10.30. They agreed and they dint provide. When I came back by 10.15 at that time they informed as no breakfast available. Service boy was full of attitude and he won't even listen to what we say. Receptionist was good but even he was not helping in fixing the issue

Washrooms were not clean and tidy and so it was too worst to use and on beds torn bedsheets were given.

The room were not as shown in the images on the app. It smelled very bad and the bedsheet was so stained and smelly and torn as well (I changed my room yet the same issues existed) Other than that no facilities like drinking water or towels or even soap was available in the washroom. The most terrifying thing that it had cockroaches and also on our last day somebody knocked and banged our room door at 5:30 AM I was scared so I didn’t open it until checkout time I complained to the reception to which he had a very cold behaviour and said “it was a guest who came from the village so he was looking for his family members room” but as far as my information is that visitors weren’t allowed. Anyway, in short this hotel is very bad and unsafe. Don’t even recommend it to my worst enemies.

I am frequent traveller to Hyderabad and mostly this is my first choice to stay, as it is close to my office. Also I am getting very good response from executives and staff which is the nice thing. Service is really good and prompt resolutions on any issues if we have. Overall it is a really good experience to stay here. Next visit also will plan to book this hotel.

The room had a lot of rodents, the staff was also not very polite, i asked them to change the room they started arguing and at the time of checkout the reception staff asked for my phone and said that I need to check out through the app and rather gave themself a 5 star rating. Water was leaking from the AC, there was a lot of rust on the taps. It's just that the hotel was near my office so i had to stay in it else it was not a good experience at all

this hotel doesn't provide water bottle nor breakfast lunch dinner for online bookingcustomers, they don't have pantry as per hotel owner. But in makemy trip showed booking which includes breakfast lunch dinner which is misleading information
