Swan Suites Apartment

Location is good on the main road, close to Hitech city work places . There are good eateries around. Staff is friendly. The rooms are decent for the price. Bathrooms are clean. Washing machine is available, drying place as well. Kitchenette is available, but clear if full-fledged cooking is allowed. Common dining place is spacious with cutlery at hand. On the flip side, the generator-back up power kept tripping in the night.

Swan Suite is located at premium location of Madhapur Hitech City Hyderabad. Lots of food joints of all kind of cuisine near by. Well connected to Airport and main attractions of the city including railway station. Prices are reasonable and secured

Not maintained rooms cleanly, rooms were congested, there is no proper facilities in rooms. Not suggestsble

Room size was good. Services was up to the mark. Decent stay at this price in the prime location. It's not a hotel, so do not expect the service and environment like hotels.

Experience was terrible. Even after submitting details and did a check in, they asked me to fill in all details and submit id card etc. On top of that, they took 15 minutes before giving my room. The worst part is, they knocked my door at 12:30 mid night and wanted me to switch to another room as they mentioned that they gave this room by mistake. It was horrendous experience.

Swan suites hospitality is good and well maintained property

The apartment is at the main city with all amenities in walkable distance. Rooms were clean, housekeeping were punctual, everything was as described. Had a pleasant stay

It was good but no kitchen and kettles and nice clean bathrooms . But stay was calm and nice. 😁👍

Room is good, spacious hall, kitchen, cutleries are provided in the kitchen, drinking water is not good (may be filter needs to be changed )

Worst place to stay. Ac leaking. Stinking bathrooms. The sheets and bed linens weren't clean. Electricity went out several times and there was no backup for several hours. I eventually changed my hotel and got out of there after checking in and staying 3 hours. Stay away from here

Bed and tv was not in condition it needs to replace and need to see better management but property location was good

Located in prime location. You also get food in the property but varieties of food are available around this property. Ample parking. Clean. Not advisable for family. This property is a combo of multiple flats and you get one attached bedroom among it. You should take responsibility of your belongings.

Well maintained and staff were courteous and co-operative

The place is good and spacious, but can be kept more clean, they response from staff is good, and nice facilities

I was allotted a bedroom where there was no privacy and not clean. I raised complaint. Then shifted to gachibowli branch, it had private 2 bedroom and good enough. Still the price is at least 40% higher than other hotels which is not acceptable.

I had the worst experience with the bed bugs and there’s no working tv. Also amenities were bad, no towel in the room. Such a horrible experience man.

The staff is very good very cooperative and helpful. Like deepak ji vikas ji and others very neat and clean, i recommend others to stay at the swan suite.
