An excellent, cosy place with good ambience. Very polite staff who promptly catered to my requirements. Would strongly recommend the place. Breakfast is included but lunch and dinner are to be paid for. Variation in what Make my trip promises and White ridge premium hotel hitech city policy. Check out time is 1100h against what the portal says which is 1200h. The staff was considerate to extend my stay for an hour without extra charge. One extra meal ..other than Breakfast was part of the deal but had to pay for my meals, As the White ridge premium hotel hitech city staff said they only offer only free Breakfast. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The stay was really good although I was there for a short time. the staff was really nice. one bengali guy, forgot his name, and the 2 girls in the reception were very well behaved and very soft spoken. location of the White ridge premium hotel hitech city is nice and close to the main area would definitely recommend this White ridge premium hotel hitech city

I really experienced good living experience amenities are there and neat and clean rooms even the location is near to highway , about the breakfast I had here and it’s was really awesome idli and Meduvada and juice coffee , in this price i experienced lots of specially staff all co-operative and helpful so highly recommended from me

Newly constructed White ridge premium hotel hitech city,very clean room and clean bathroom and management staff is very friendly and location of this White ridge premium hotel hitech city is very good and very nearer to main road and restaurant is little bit okay .

The property location is prime. The service is top notch and what I get is that this property is newly constructed. So everything here feels new new. Food service is also good. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts.

Very good ! Staff is very co-operative, dinner was delicious. Very close to hi-tech city area. Approachable to 2 metro stations.

Treatment and service was nice. Cleanliness was OK. Breakfast was not so good and starts only after 7.45 AM. Location was not easily reachable

Location was good, staff was helpful but TV was not working, water problem was there due to motor issues

The rooms was well maintained and comfortable breakfast was good . Only downside is when you order a food it will take more than 1 hour to deliver. I hope they don't repeat the mistake again

Service is good, rooms are big but the bathroom is horrible. The floor is dirty and the bathroom stinks. It got locked once and had to call the reception for help. Very risky if someone is alone n stuck inside.

1) Meal served was very good. 2) I am a cricket buff. I wanted to see cricket match in the tv. But that facility was not available. 3) Breakfast had very limited choice. 4) Room service was very good and prompt.

All perfect, rooms clean, checkin smooth. The only issue i saw flies in the restaurant, which is not good for a food place.
