When I arrived, I was checking into a room, which had no balcony. I requested them to provide me one once it is available. The Hotel staff accommodated my request, and after a day, they assigned me room with balcony for the rest of my stay. They were professional and all throughout.

Observed following points: 1. Finding the location was difficult, as there was no name displayed like "lake view" anywhere. In fact it was a different name all together. 2. The blanket provided was without cover, which is unhygienic. 3. That was having a hole looks like it got burnt by any guest's cigarette or something like that. 4. Insects cockroaches were there in the cupboard area

familyI had booked a 5 day stay at this property in january 2024 for a total of 4 family members. The rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and having a common seating area with verandah access per 4 rooms. Property has all the basic facilities, with live kitchen that serves both veg and non veg meals, laundry services, is wheelchair accessible and best of all a very dedicated team who works tirelessly to attend to their guests' every request. I was traveling with my elderly parents and i was anxious regarding their unique needs. However everything i asked for was immediately addressed and dealt with such care that i found pretty top notch. I would definitely recommend staying here.
