location good,market is nearby.Rooms are near and clean, Manager and staffs are helpful.Food is served in the dining room at ground floor.Food is okay.

When I arrived, I was checking into a room, which had no balcony. I requested them to provide me one once it is available. The Hotel staff accommodated my request, and after a day, they assigned me room with balcony for the rest of my stay. They were professional and all throughout.

The stay was pathetic, the rooms were not good. Too many rules. We requested for four rooms in one apartment but they didn’t considered. Our whole stay was ruined.

Observed following points: 1. Finding the location was difficult, as there was no name displayed like "lake view" anywhere. In fact it was a different name all together. 2. The blanket provided was without cover, which is unhygienic. 3. That was having a hole looks like it got burnt by any guest's cigarette or something like that. 4. Insects cockroaches were there in the cupboard area

I had booked a 5 day stay at this property in january 2024 for a total of 4 family members. The rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and having a common seating area with verandah access per 4 rooms. Property has all the basic facilities, with live kitchen that serves both veg and non veg meals, laundry services, is wheelchair accessible and best of all a very dedicated team who works tirelessly to attend to their guests' every request. I was traveling with my elderly parents and i was anxious regarding their unique needs. However everything i asked for was immediately addressed and dealt with such care that i found pretty top notch. I would definitely recommend staying here.
