I had a horrible stay at FABHOTELS TAL Hitech. The rooms were in terrible condition, the toilets were dirty, and there were no proper arrangements for breakfast or food. The overall cleanliness and comfort were completely missing. To make things worse, when I reached out to MakeMyTrip customer care for help, the executive kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes, and then the call got disconnected without any resolution. Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. I would never recommend this property or their service to anyone.
