This was my third visit to Hyderabad, and all three times I have stayed at Ibis Hitech City. I love this place mainly because of its convenient location—close to malls, IKEA, and plenty of food joints. This time, I also had lunch at the hotel, and I must say I really enjoyed their seafood and Chinese dishes. What I appreciate the most, though, is the cleanliness. Without even asking, the rooms are made up daily, the bathrooms are spotless, and all the essentials are always restocked. Whenever I request water bottles or tea bags, they are delivered promptly. For me, Ibis Hitech City is a must-stay in Hyderabad, and I’m sure I’ll keep returning here every time I visit the city.

The food is good, clean rooms, the breakfast menu has decent options but during the breakfast buffet staff was not attending tables properly. I felt room dining menu options are less.i had discount on my food and beverages but it was not applied during billing, as the amount was less I didn't bothered about it

The hotel location is good and convenient to go for shopping and restaurants. Room is clean but shower was noisy.Had some problem with door but rsolved immediately by the staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Not Senior-Friendly – Disappointing Service

My senior citizen mother stayed here for one night, and the experience was below expectations. The room was small and not very comfortable. The in-room dining menu was very limited. Most disappointing was the lack of basic courtesy from the staff — no one helped her with luggage, and she had to carry it herself to the room. The hand towel was missing, and the dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner were all empty. For a reputed hotel chain like Ibis, such lapses in service and attention to guest comfort — especially for elderly guests — are unacceptable. Needs improvement in both facilities and staff attitude.

Bed leg came out when i sat on bed, i could have got hurt. I informed front desk about the bed and their response was very casual and no apology.
