I choose this hotel even after high price because I really wanted a comfortable stay. they named their rooms as deluxe rooms and those were the most basic rooms in their hotel. I paid around 5000 for two days but the rooms are really dirty, claustrophobic with no windows. Air conditioners start to choke you after you put them onn for so long. There were cockroaches roaming around the room , electric kettle given was dirty and when I asked them to change they told me they dont have other one. It was totally waste of money staying there. I complaint also to make my trip team but because of my work I had to stay there. Breakfast Buffet offered by them is very good. they serve good meals. Also lunch and dinner ordered from here is also lovely and exciting.

Hotel is at a prime location, in a very busy and bustling area, at walking distance from kacheguda railway station and hence great for all practical purposes. Rooms are decent at the given price. Reception staff was very courteous. We had issues with ac in the room we checked in late in the night and they acknowledged it without being defensive and shifted us immediately , which was very professional. Dining experience was the best. Great food and the restaurant in charge as well as other staffs take very good care of the guests . They serve vegetarian food only. Decent parking facility available at the hotel as well. Overall a practical utility hotel

Good ambience overall. Room facilities issues like non working /openable tea pot. No coffee option at all. Poor remote control for AC. Extra bed was provided by foldable cot should have been provided. Breakfast timing is late, it should be starting from 7 am Coffee / Tea is also not offered when we insisted for early breakfast. Poor staff behaviour.

The hotel location is good. The allotted room was more like a closed chamber without any windows (my room changed afterwards - but was 3/5 only). Cleanliness could be improved as we found few cockroaches in the room. Buffet was good 4/5.

Hotel staff is very unprofessional even after I paid early chekcin charges they asked me to pay extra again and when I tried to inform them that I already paid 500 rs for early chekc and I will have my regular checkout time they denied and asked me to pay additional or asked me to do checkout at 7 am only The stay experience is very worst and the staff is very unprofessional and they don't have the basic ethics also and even after I paid for early check in they denied n asked me to checkout early

The property location is excellent.....but the property is poorly maintained having one at the desk on 21st night who boosted thay they have only AC tooms If it rains the room will get flooded to that extent one has to wade through... The bath room tap will give u tap water and shower simultaneously The ac will work but not the remote...u ll have to sleep with whatever temp the hotel offers u😊 Only good thing about the hotel is the room boy from Jarkhand who was courteous and the dining hall staff who offer you though not tasty but breakfast with a warmth of courtesy

The food was exceptionally good, the stay was smooth and comfortable. The only issue I would say was the bathroom fittings, mainly the shower was a bit old and not working properly. Other than that a highly recommended stay ❤️
