Excellent Stay
The food was exceptionally good, the stay was smooth and comfortable. The only issue I would say was the bathroom fittings, mainly the shower was a bit old and not working properly. Other than that a highly recommended stay ❤️

Good Stay
The location of the hotel was very good. Rooms were decent but the ventilation was not good. Hot water was not coming in the room. Buffet breakfast was good.

The room was neat and clean. The staff were very polite and the service was good. We stayed for 3 days and the rooms were very spacious. We experienced a comfortable and peaceful stay.

the facility did not have stand by personnel to fix issues maintenance issues immediately, we had to wait for usual maintenance window, also the staff did not agree to provide early or late check in, referring to online booking, they said book 1 full day online, not sure I would have got good treatment if I did not book through and went directly. absolutely denied extension either ways. ended up booking 3 days for 1.5 days of actual stay. while the I could secure booking online, clearly showing the facility was not busy and had free slots, for accommodating extension. not premium experience!

The stay was good. All of the staffs are very cooperative. Well maintained property. Good location for city tour. Complimentary breakfast was very good neatly served. City points are accessible. We stayed there for four nights and experience was very nice. Strongly recommend for family.

Excellent hotel and its restaurant if you want to stay in Kacheguda, Hyderabad. One gets value for money. Good location, very close to Kacheguda railway station and Malakpet and Narayanguda Metros. Soft spoken staff, excellent restaurant serving delicious food and an wide array of veg items during breakfast ( Continental consisting of Cornflakes, Sandwiches, Indian fare consisting of idli, medu vada, upma, kanda poha, dosa, uttapa) at down to earth price. Special mention about the Restaurant Manager Mr. Bapi Sadhu, who was very efficient and Caring and took good care of us Excellent hotel and its restaurant if you want to stay in Kacheguda, Hyderabad. One gets value for money. Good location, very close to Kacheguda railway station and Malakpet and Narayanguda Metros. pathetic experience
The hotel is good however the staff are not friendly or cooperative at all . Moreover, after checking the room they were asking me to pay rs2400 but I wanted to book from MMT as I always prefer MMt over any other app. “Cost effective and 0 errors” They asked me the price and immediately put sold out and so I had to pay for higher price deluxe room. After paying for the room, they opened up the booking for executive. This sort of behaviour was not acceptable and also I had to ask for water 3-5 times then they gave it to me. If they have problems with MMT bookings then should not list their hotel their. I want to put the name of the staff but dont want hardship for them.
