Review Of Hotel Rajdhani

Location-near main road, entry through some narrow road, Parking available Rooms are clean, spacious. Toilet clean.... Staff behaviour was food. Breakfast buffet was good with a reasonable menu

As far as location is concerned,it is very much located at Center of city and service is very satisfactory.

Bad experience and help me please staff very bad help me

I had booked 2 rooms, 1 single occupancy and 2nd double. The one with double occupancy was good but the single occupancy was stinking. when I asked the house keeping about it, he came to the room and opened window saying this way you will get fresh air and stinking will subside. yes, I was shocked, did I pay for this? Further the bathroom is too small which is okay but the shower was very stingy in giving me the water. I will definitely not go there again.

The room was having too much cockroaches. rest everything was ok. The location of the hotel is good as it's situated near Begum Bazaar

as we did check in reception staff asked us all details of booking and we provided the same. as we reached room he called us back and asking the he has not received any booking so we have to come back to reception again. Again I went to reception and shown him all details and after some time he was convinced. And his behaviour and attitude was so rude He was the worst. and rooms were also stinking badly. No soaps in rooms and bottled water. Again same problem when we went for breakfast.

The room was fine but there were lot of cockroaches and few entered our bags and we had to unpack completely and repack. Also the breakfast is complimentary (extra cost was applied while selecting the booking) but the women who maintains the restaurant was rude and was behaving as if she is feeding us from her own pocket. When waiter tried to serve me. She dismissed him rudely. Not at all good hospitality. Also the hotel menu is over priced. Am not giving 1 or 2 stars because reception, waiters and room service were fine.

There were no toiletries given with the room booking

Room - was good, no issues. But their service was very poor, right from hotel manager to cleaning staff to resturants manager had a grin face as if customers are theif. Dedicated parking space was not available, we need to park in front of another shop wer they spit a lot. They don't provide food for drivers nor basic amenities for them. Normally avg hotels provide these for the drivers.

Service is not good

we booked 2 rooms at hotel rajdhani on 23 December but when we reached there hotel staff said that there is no rooms available so we have to stay at other hotel.....we want our money back

Property location is good which is out of traffic rush, parking space available. Rooms are pleasant and cleanliness maintained

Even though it is in prime location hotel services are very poor. They charge me extra even though i requested for early check in. It’s a very old hotel. Corridors are dark with minimal ventilation. Rooms are smelly and washrooms are dirty.

Hospitality is good food is nice location is good for family it is good hotel breakfast quality and ambience is nice

Room was not properly maintained i felt itching after sleeping in bed

Nice stay facility. Visited in mar'24 for 3 days with family. Location is near to market and charminar is less than 2 kms. Nice service and clean rooms. Breakfast and meals at restaurant attached was really good.

One towel was provided for booking of 2 people. Door lock was not proper early morning some construction work was going couldn't sleep.

Rooms were found in poor condition. Reception and staffs behavior not ok. Even after full payment demanded extra money for child.

It's amazing experience to stay in hotel rajdhani. Food and stay, both are good. Hotel is near by most of sightseeing so it's good to travel. Thanks
