The bed mattress is in very very bad shape. Wash room construction is not good. The room entrance Door is in a very bad state and the locking bolt needs a lot of force close and open. Breakfast was not provided.

Do not advise to stay here

No room service provided when asked for, they said there were no 2 rooms together available. Morning tea was sent after 1 hour that also we have to call them 4 times. Behaved very rudely.

No breakfast and no service offered

I asked for breakfast at 8 am no one turned up and I stayed for two days I paid including breakfast fare but didn't serve and there are cockroaches in rooms I can rate out of 10 as 0.

Worst service ever from the hotel

The receptionist was very unprofessional to us and when I call people for help they directed call to Ola. No one helped me. Its waste of my time to share the review even. Don't book that hotel.

2 days in deluxe room with breakfast and 1 day in classic room without breakfast

1. Wi-Fi was not provided even once in 3 days of stay, responded that it is not working when questioned. 2. Breakfast was very bad, not worth the money at all. 3. Exhaust fan in the restroom was not working in the classic room. 4. There were no towels in the rooms (both deluxe and classic), had to ask them to provide. 5. Room was not cleaned even once during our stay of 3 days (2 days in deluxe room with breakfast and 1 day in classic room without breakfast). Hotel staff and owner had given us enough trouble asking us for payment at every entry and exit of my family members in the hotel. My 73-year-old father had to be on a call with the hotel owner for over 30 minutes at 11:30 in the night explaining him the situation. I reached out to the MMT support from the hospital bed at 12 midnight and sorted out the issue with MMT.

Terrible experience!

Wifi is not working. Towel was not provided even after multiple requests. TV is not working. Bathroom door latch was not functional. Staff was not at all helpful. Very bad Location. No proper help was provided from MakeMyTrip. I had to book another hotel and change it, in the evening. It was a terrible experience for me.

A cheap deal isn't always the best one
