Rooms were clean Service was good

The location of the hotel.waa very conducive for us as our primary purpose was to visit AIG, Hyderabad. The service of the staff was excellent especially Mr. Irfan who helped us in arranging our travel to different places and time to time communication. He is hard working and has utmost dedication towards his job.

Over priced. Room was not clean. Bathroom flush was working. Staff was not cooperative. Some smell was coming from the room

Hotel room it has bed bugs a lot and room service of hotel people is also not good they are not responding what ever we request all the time.

the 🚿 shower head was broken and water splatted all over. toilet seat is loose and slippary.

Room is good. But conjusted for 4 people. No kitchen available in this hotel. So have to carry some snacks for odd hours.

It's very much near to hyderabad consulate and ambiance is good. Water facility is recommended.

Absolutely no frills place, to be avoided by families. Strictly for the business traveller who doesn’t anything more than a bed to sleep.

Bugs and cockroaches were everywhere. The toilet was broken and ac was not working properly.

the hotel was very bad. there was smell everywhere. my room's washroom door was locked from inside and i can't use the washroom. room was not clean. property was in very bad state. not a value for money property. i will not recommend this property.

Good and pleasant staying experience. The location is also good for aig hospital visitors.

Hotel is new with little parking space and rooms were small but good. Washrooms are very small, pot was in a very small congested place. They dont provide water glasses in hotel due to their own reasons. They give ro water in bottles. Linen were nice, good mattresses, ac. No view from the room. Clean towel, good staff. They also dont allow couples what i got to know while standing at reception.

No inhouse food available, poor hygiene

The property is very nice, however they need to work on providing uninterrupted wi fi and food and beverage service to customers.
