Location is good. Cleanliness is average. TV does not work. Overall quality wise it was an average experience.

Cleanliness of the room including wash room is pathetic. Insects and cockroaches are seen. Room service is quite poor. They haven’t fixed the TV during my entire stay. Room cleaning happened after repeated requests.

Bedsheets were not washed and there are coakroaches in room

there are no food facilities, Room intercom doesn’t work, house keeping staff attitude is terrible

I had a very wonderful stay in the hotel. Mainly the neatness and freshness

nothing is good other than Ac very poor maintenance just like meeting point don't ask about TV and Geyser No sleep due to party sounds all over nights for 3 days stay. No room service and no parking

It's Good reception guy was ver cooperative and helpful, Nice clean room and also got an early checkin

The room was dirty and smelled bad. I saw cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom. I didn’t even bother complaining because it was clear no one cared about cleanliness here. I couldn’t sleep the whole night thinking bugs were around. I left first thing in the morning. Never staying here again.

Stay was terrible. No hygiene. Cockroaches roaming around everywhere. TV was not working. No professionalism in staffing behaviour. Bed and bed sheets was used and dirty.

Not at all good stay please don’t go with the family , there are so many cockroach lying on bed wardrobe and bathroom , the room smells like worst , I felt very bad

The stay was very comfortable. The property had a great location, clean rooms, good food, and excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
