This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — and I travel frequently. The room was in deplorable condition from the moment I walked in. The bathroom was revolting, with dried paan stains smeared across the floor and walls. The WC was filthy, clearly not cleaned in days, if at all. The shower was completely non-functional — no water, no pressure, nothing. The ceiling fan had no regulator — it either ran at hurricane speed or didn’t work at all. The intercom didn’t work, making it impossible to even reach reception without physically going there. There is no food or dining option available whatsoever. You’re forced to rely on Zomato or go out — even late at night, even if you’re unwell. This is completely unacceptable for any property that claims to offer “hospitality.” What’s worse is the staff’s attitude — extremely rude, indifferent, and utterly careless. They make no effort to help or resolve anything. It genuinely felt like the guests were an inconvenience to them. The only person who showed basic professionalism was the front office receptionist. But the biggest scam? The online pictures are completely fake and misleading. What’s shown and Google is nothing like the actual rooms — which are small, dirty, smelly, and in shockingly poor shape. This is NOT a place for families, women, or anyone who values cleanliness, safety, or basic comfort. I urge to inspect and delist this property immediately — it is a stain on your brand and should not be offered to paying customers.

on arrival they said they don’t have room for us and there’s another room for which we have to pay extra ₹800. room was not good. in bathroom commode was broken

totally worst experience....lift problem, ac problem, geyser problem...and hotel booking show included brekfast and lunch but no one is their available.🥵😡😡😡

Hotel and your tine booked me this hotel assuring breakfast lunch and dinner, but during stay hotel staff told me that there is no kitchen here. I arranged my food from outside. I want complete refund.

1. Booked 3 deluxe rooms, allotted only 2 rooms at checkin for 3 families. 2. Booked with tiffins but it is not provided by the hotel 3. Tried to call mm t in middle of staying, but unable to connect mmt 4. Staff behavior is worse compared to other hotels 5. Don't like money bargains and commission details of mm t discussion 6. Rooms are not hygienic, with bugs, cockroaches and rats.

First receptionist denied for room availability and than denied for extra bed later for mineral water no clean in the room it's clumzy ac water is leak-aging

Television doesn't working well or not well planted lights

Charged an extra amount of rs. 210- at the time of check in. The location was ok. Amenities and services were also ok

They asked 600 rupees more and doesn't provide any breakfast, when i asked why are you asking more money they said this is our hotel room charge, you can cancel the booking. That time i doesn't have any option thats why i paid more amount.

Very unhygienic room and bathroom also bed sheet not wash and switch not working properly and also ac not working

Good location to visit nearby places, and bus stop is also near. Hotel staff was supportive, and also it’s open 24/7

Rooms were very dutry, lot of cokeraches and very bad smells in both the rooms. There were no food available. Staff and service was ok, as we requested to clean the room they did it immeditely.

Room not as per the displayed photos, lot of cockroaches roaming in the room & bad smell. Booked with breakfast & room charged along-with breakfast but not provided, staff said simply we will not provide breakfast. Breakfast amount should be refunded
