guy at reception was rude ..no service offered .. nothing was handed over not even towel ... didn't inspect the room before handover

Lift was not working ,basic shed where not taken care of like mattress was gone ,drinking water ,tv remote was not working , tv subscription was not available..

Worst experience mangement charged 500 rupees extra they didn’t allow us inside till we pay the extra money. No images available

Room cleanness and quality of the room is pathetic. No room service. Room was not same. Breakfast was including my booking but they dont hv anything. Its was very pathetic experience

1st they asked extra 300 rupees for stay other than payment then we refused . Room was ok …..

Ac and tv worked fine. Rooms were not clean. Bedsheet was torn, curtains were dirty and torn. The commode seat in the toilet was broken. Bathroom sink was not working. Rooms are spacious. Wardrobe provided. Don't book breakfast here, they don't have a inhouse restaurant. They will order something from outside and give it to you. No intercom available in room. For the price i paid, i expected a lot better to be honest. Location and spacious rooms are the only plus. Not recommended for more than a night's stay.

No food available. Nearby to my office location, so booked it. Cleanliness was average. But that's what you get for a hotel under rs. 1000 overall decent experience. Reached late night. Left early morning. So was fine to spend a quick stay.

Geyser was not working and floors were not cleaned. Entire area was full of smoke smell and there was no adequate water supply in washrooms and entire had seepage issues
