I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel had zero standards of hygiene and absolutely no concern for guest comfort. Unclean Rooms and No Basic Amenities The bed sheets were either not provided or never changed. No one from housekeeping ever came to check whether the room was clean or whether essentials were in place. It felt like once you checked in, you were on your own. No Response from Staff I asked the staff multiple times for an AC remote because the room was freezing cold. I told them clearly that it was shivering cold and that I needed it urgently. No one responded for days, and by the time I got it (if at all), it was already the 27th — far too late. Geyser Not Working Hot water was another nightmare. The geyser either didn’t work or was not even turned on. Again, I informed the staff, but they simply ignored it. No follow-up, no urgency, no apology. Total Negligence There was no room service follow-up, no check-ins from housekeeping, and zero accountability from the hotel staff. It honestly felt like the guests were an afterthought.

whenever I booked the umen hotel , the person from the front desk always gave a bad room which would be the 4th floor of that with a terrible welcome , cleaning accessories like a fan is not a working room standard

No lift is available, no house keeping service. Electricity was not stable at hotel. Locality was not good as well

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, As I had already informed your team, my recent experience was deeply humiliating. Upon arrival, the hotel manager initially denied my check-in, citing the low tariff. I waited for over an hour, and only after speaking with your customer care representative did send complimentary charges to the hotel. Eventually, they allowed me to check in — but informed me that only one room was available, and I would have to adjust. Unfortunately, the room was in terrible condition. It had no fan, no telephone, no proper toilet seat, and lacked basic amenities like a chair or table — all of which were listed during booking. I spent four hours waiting at the reception, from 9:00 PM to 1:30 AM, but no help was provided. At 1:30 AM, I had no choice but to sleep under these poor conditions. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I request you to take strict action against such listings and ensure proper quality checks. Sincerely, Vikrant

Worst hotel. No quality no discipline low category of customers. If you will come you get rooms in half rate at this place.

Hotel supervisor say 400 extra on cash it was a very bad experience, i had an exam the next day, i made the payment online but the hotel people took 400 rupees extra in cash, i had no electricity the whole night, but i was forced to stay in the hotel
