The TV is not working, the room is not good, the flush is not working properly, they are just asking for money for everything, even the water bottle is also not complimentary We need to pay for that, and the bed is not clean,etc

Most terrible stay ever. The property people had taken extra than what I had paid online in MMT stating the prices increased. Also lot of cockroaches and bugs all around the bed and the room . Worst maintenance .Bathroom condition was pathetic.. Overall very disappointed and will like to get a refund

Hotel management denied rooms stating all rooms are booked. Pols refund the entire amount of stay. Tried contacting make my trip customer care but not able to reach

They didn't provide the 200 rupees reimbursement for not providing meals. And they didn't clean the room to and also they asked me for additional 100

The space is very cosy. The bed and the bedding felt like home. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay a lot. The room felt like home.

Very bad experience. Very dirty place. And they charge double extra after booking. When i ask why i pay extra if i done my booking in advance they want me to leave and fight with us. Very bad experience and they also tell that they charge commission from customer. I booked room in around advance payment bt i pay 600 more on the counter.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of many popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation.
