Hotel management denied rooms stating all rooms are booked. Pols refund the entire amount of stay. Tried contacting make my trip customer care but not able to reach

They didn't provide the 200 rupees reimbursement for not providing meals. And they didn't clean the room to and also they asked me for additional 100

The space is very cosy. The bed and the bedding felt like home. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay a lot. The room felt like home.

No clean rooms, no toiletries, no free water bottles, tv not working, wifi not connecting properly, lighting is not good

Very bad experience. Very dirty place. And they charge double extra after booking. When i ask why i pay extra if i done my booking in advance they want me to leave and fight with us. Very bad experience and they also tell that they charge commission from customer. I booked room in around advance payment bt i pay 600 more on the counter.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of many popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the staff was friendly; a solid budget-friendly choice for a simple and comfortable overnight visit.

Hotel staff was very rude. The rooms are filthy and the bed was so bad i couldn't sleep in it. The bathroom made me want to vomit. The toilet tank was not even covered and the flush buttons were not there. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere but on me. The ac was not cooling at all. There was some work being done there and the whole corridor was covered in dust. There were cockroaches everywhere. Worst decision in my life was to stay here.

After booking. You may prefer to go stay happily. But the manager will ask you extra charges from the hotel charges. Everyone will get disappointed. My experience don't go there. Book some other hotels. Sometimes if the room gate is open. Management will eavesdropping you.
