Not too shabby not too great, convenient love hotel in newt-own area, parking available, bad food, me and my babe had some sort of itching all over our body after we showered. Caution mandatory

The location of the hotel was very easily accessible. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean but the tap was not working properly. The hotel gate remains open all night making it very convenient to go out anytime. Outside food was also allowed along with the presence of a kitchen where one can cook his own meal.

Un higiene place. Poor service

I booked that hotel. It is very convenient to reach and not very far from Akanksha More New Town stop. but nothing much on the good side. from the very first step I was refused to get any room there by the property manager. then the main trouble is just started. The room is very small but clean. no door mat, no soap, no drinking water is provided with the room. only a bed, a small table and a dressing table somehow fitted in that room. AC is good but there isn't any battery in AC remote we have to change the battery from TV remote to AC remote. we can't dare to order any food there. they have a policy "No outside food is allowed. they have their own cafe on the roof top but we are not going there so don't know how it is. no intercom is there in the room.

The stay was good. One good part about the hotel is that it has rooftop cafe which stays open whole night. They have in house affordable resturant as well. Polite and helpful stuff. Cons are that the room and washroom were little smaller than expected and toiletries were not given initially and had to ask for those.

Property manager denied to provide room. Repeatedly complain through make my trip customer care number but yet not get any conclusion and refund process.

Absolutely perfect stay, clean, comfortable and welcoming had an amazing stay.

Its okay not a 5 star hotel so, however the ac was not working and at-least soap should be provided, the best thing is close to an airport, and food taste could have been a little better

Very clean room and toilet. It's new hotel & stuffs are very helpful. They need a big size sign board outside.

Location was okay however the facilities were very poor. After 2 days they advised us to change the room due to a marriage booking. No water on the first day. No tv on the shifted room
