As per the amenities mentioned in the MMT application the stay is equipped with lift / elevator, however there was no such facility. The rooms were full of smell. Dirty curtains, Unwashed glasses Washrooms were unhygienic.

I was charged for breakfast, but the hotel did not provide the same as they do not provide breakfast at all. needs to refund the money for breakfast. location amenities are value for money otherwise

Hi... I stayed here 2 nights for my solo office trip. It is a good option, if you have own vehicle. Though private parking is not available, there is sufficient space on road. Veg hotel within walking distance. You can enjoy morning and late evening walk on beach from here.

it always reat experience in San castle. from last 3 years whenever I visit to goa I stay here because of big room, good service and quality check in. and really safe hotel and nearby Miramar beach.

The room was not good If we ask for higher floor they always denied Now there is no occupancy still they are denied to give upper floor. Pathetic service from reception person.

How did you find the property's location, food, amenities & services? With great difficulty We manged to find the loction and reached there. There was no clear sign board. It was among the resential house and looking jjust like another house. Vry sustandard facility, Reception, the rooms, staff and so on. Finally with the help of some neighbors, we managed to get to the reception. Please see the condition of the reception in the attached picture. We just came out and looked for another stay. The room was booked by my son. I told him, this does not look like a hotel, and we are ashamed to stay in this facility. So he himself arranged another stay at TGI Ameya Grand. I told him to get the refund, for at least two days.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the host is courteous, and the location is excellent. However, breakfast was not provided despite being included in the booking.

It was a very bad experience in this hotel lots and ants were ongoing on the floor It was of very bad poor quality..

Worst room. Room is very dirty and very wet. Put in the foot on the tiles much more black cl-our dust is stick to my foot.

Not on main road side. Looks like they have rebuild a standalone property and named it hotel. No breakfast, no tea also, staffs always bluffing
