Great location of the stay. Though the property is having only rooms and no other amenities, if you want to explore Goa and keep you bags in the room and come only for sleeping, this is great option.

Excellent location in Panjim. It has 4 or 5 roads, one in each direction that leads to most popular places in 5 mins walking. Cafes on one side, Casinos and tlriver on one side the famous fontainhans and Immaculate conception church on one side, shopping on one side. As a property it is well maintained. Rooms size is good, bathrooms are clean and also has a good sitting area. The staff is very courteous and always helpful.

Place was well located. Comfy bed. But the room lacked amenities. There were some cockroaches in the woodwork (its an ancient building) and the water from the taps was literally yellow for most of our second day.

Hotel is good. Rooms very vintage and well maintained. For food or even tea you have to walk out of hotel.

The room was pretty clean very well maintained property. Just that the entry is very small, which is not visible from outside, but overall a good stay if you are alone or a couple.

The rooms are clean, the location (in the centre of panjim) is fabulous, and the staff is very helpful. There is no kitchen so for food you can either walk to a variety of excellent restaurants nearby or order through swiggy. Would highly recommend it for price conscious, 9 am-7pm business travellers who want a nice play to stay.

It’s not your typical hotel but manages to capture the essence of a vintage goan establishment. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the helpful staff who made sure everything went smoothly. However, one concern i had during my stay was the lack of security. With no guard on duty, there’s a potential risk, and i believe the hotel could enhance security measures to ensure a safer environment for guests. This is particularly important for peace of mind, considering the hotel’s proximity to major casinos. In summary, casa dos rebels is a unique and charming option for those seeking a vintage goan experience, especially if proximity to casinos is a priority. While the lack of a security guard raised some concerns, the overall stay was enjoyable, thanks to the comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Location is in heart of north goa. Very close to any casino. Bed quality excellent. Neat and clean hotel. Owner personally takes care of everyone

We had a late night check in due to some unavoidable circumstances on the way to the hotel. Yet the staffs waiting for our arrival, made all necessary arrangements. Location is the best part of the stay as all casinos n shopping outlets are in walkable distance. Affordable and neat. Keep up the good work

My oberall experience was average because the amount they charge was high and even they provide breakfast in such heavy amount.

This place is ideal for the people who visit goa for casino as this is at a 5 minutes walking distance from all of the casinos. Comfortable clean and big rooms. Don't fo on the entrance of the hotel but genuinely the rooms are very good.

When you reach the hotel you realize it's on the first floor of an old run down building. More like a b&b. Not really any food options (other than a tie up with a nearby restaurant) and no room service. The place is clean and maintained well, but the pricing is similar to many hotels with better value around.

Casa dos rebels is a great place to stay & experience a slice of goa's colonial past. Recommended for a work from home away from home scenario. Pros: well-maintained rooms & helpful staff & management. Cons: proximity to street and noise from adjoining rooms overall a great place to stay while in panjim.
