Aditi comforts is at a prime location. The apartment is swanky clean and well managed. The quality of bed linen is also very good and house keeping was appreciable. The only challenge is with regard to parking space for your car.

The hotel is located at walk-able distance from the Rabindranath Tagore Beach and the INS Chapel War museum. The rooms are of decent size and hotel provides power backup. The things that are not very good are that boarding is suitable and clean. The cafe adjoining the hotel serves unhygienic food. There are lot of stray cats and dogs that roam the corridors of the hotel. Cleanliness is an issue. Room Service was average.

It was a good place to relax for a day a. The food was good but less variety because I was veg I didn't had much food because there was no much to choose .. So people with non veg can enjoy the meal at its best. About the beach it's too cool to relax

If at all a particular name has to justify itself by what it connotes, then "Emerald Bay" perfectly lives up to it's description as one of southern India's best located properties. One can never get tired or enough of the sight that beholds; a wonderful setting where the "Kali " river meets the sea & also the scenic, picturesque view of the approach to the bridge connecting Kodibag & Sadashivgad; the flight of the predatory wandering sea eagles, something that will be forever etched into your mind. The actual property is large & scenic & is slightly encroached upon by the development work going on, on the NH-66 resulting in an approach of about thirty degree gradient. The estate boasts of a well kept swimming pool, a beach volleyball arena, a kids playing area, a handball pitch, sufficient enough to keep all the family busy. The hospitality is awesome, right from the welcoming guard to the informative porter Mohan, who ushered us in to our suite. I have to make a special mention of the General Manager, a lady from Kolkata & who was recently posted there, was not only warm & cordial but also took time to understand where we were travelling & where we were from, as if renewing an old acquaintance. Our suite on the sixth floor was pretty stately & large enough for the four of us to move around & sleep. It had two large balconies that offered one of the best views in this part of the world as i'd mentioned at the beginning. It had a large bathroom with a non slippery bathtub giving it an old world charm. The dining area on the first floor was largely adequate & well decorated & the quality of the food was pretty good. The friendly staff of the restaurant, one of them Kamlesh from Jharkhand, made the dinner memorable. I saw another group of tourists ( senior citizens) barging in around 21. 30/22. 00 hrs, they were loud & demanding & saw the staff demonstrating impeccable courtesy. The complimentary breakfast of the next day was sumptuous & was enthusiastically served by this same team. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & have vouched to visit again, albeit with a larger group. " Emerald Bay" is one of the thirty Sterling Properties in India; it's facade might have been marred by the infra projects in the vicinity, yet the spirit & hospitality of the people managing it is unquestionably soaring at the highest.
