Premier Residency Karwar

When I entered the hotel ,they told me there were no rooms available after showing all details they gave me one AC and one non AC rooms Rooms not clean Towel not available Pillows not clean Room with full of cockroach Rooms not cleaned even with request

The hotel is poorly maintained and our room had lot of cockroaches. The AC filter needed a change as it had a musty smell. the towels and sheets were changed only after repeated requests.

Pleasant feelings staying there. But not like metro cities hotel accommodation. No restaurant in it. Location very good. services good.

The room allotted was dirty, we found 3-5 roaches, when we tried to reach out to reception, we realised that the intercom was dead, when asked for extra pillow as we were 3 including my 5 year old son, the initial response was pillow covers are at laundry and can be arranged by evening. Disgusting, that they don't have extra pillow cover in such a hotel.Had to speak with reception who was least brothered and seemed disinterested in talking, after a lot of arguing, finally i was allocated a room around 2 pm.

stay was very comfortable, staff were also co-operative, next trip will also booked in same hotel 👍

It was very good and well maintained and the staff were very friendly and it was safe for outside travellers.

The stay was good, but there were cockroaches in the rooms. The intercom was also not working so we changed the room that was allotted to us but even in the new room there were coackroaches and the cleaning was also not done unless we asked them to do

Hotel location is prime and walkable distance to karwar beach and near to the market. Karwar bus stand too is nearby; you can get buses from there to goa and all major locations. Good restaurants near the hotel, sea food items are a must try. I booked a premium room. It was a good spacious room for my family and it was very clean and tidy. They have attached restaurant to the hotel. Only thing that it is a room only stay, you need to buy water bottles for drinking. Also the room has tea maker machine but no tea making ingredients or water for tea in the room.

Hotel is located on main road. Car parking was on public road and with difficulty parked and no staff even after seeing helped. Food and room service bad. Ac and tv an issue.

I had very bad experience during my recent stay. Bed sheets were not good, mosquitoes and cockroaches were in the room. Lot of cobweb’s. Entrance door from inside was very very bad. In toilets commode was blackish in color and also bucket was dirty. Overall my experience was bad and not at all value for money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would say, it was worth it. I read reviews before booking, it wasn't good. But i still booked it. The front desk was quite supportive and quickly arranged a good room for us. I was travel-ling with my parents. The room was clean and big. Even the washroom was good and clean. Don't simply read the reviews and avoid. Just experience it. It's quite near to beech. We as a family found it good and worth as per price. Also it's the cheapest and great. Experience once

I had called the property one day earlier that i am cheeking in late. Still they didn't kept the room ready. And asked me to stay in uncleaned room.

Nice room. Neat &clean. Staff's are very friendly. Location is very good. Veg hotel is available on the ground floor. They can include one water bottle at free of cost. No electric tea/coffe maker available.

Receptionist and staff service not good. They said to check out at 11am but it was mentioned check out 12pm. And receptionist was not friendly and made to wait at check in and were rude during check out.

Initially we got a small room with terrible hygiene curtains were not cleaned at all later they shifted us to another room but didn’t provide extra bed although we had booked for 3 members

Hotel is located centrally in the heart of karwar, food served in the hotel is veg only, not serving non-veg food is the draw back of this centrally sea side located hotel, amenities provided are also good, when compared with other hotels in karwar.

Good room

The service is pathetic. I had booked the Premier Residency Karwar almost 5 days in advance of my stay. I had selected a permium room with king size bed and also paid in full. Check in time was 12 pm and due to traffic I reached the premises at around 1.15 pm. When we reached there the receptionist asked us to go to the opposite building but that was Hotel Premier and not Premier Residency. When asked, she said the rooms are full, because we were late, they gave the room to someone else. They didn't even bothered to contact me to confirm whether we are coming or not before giving the room. On the contrary the receptionist was very very rude. We tried calling but initially we couldn't contact them so we checked in this Hotel Premier room. We tried contacting that manager from almost 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm but he didn't come, nor he was available on phone. Now talking about the room which was given to us. This room was not the worth which I paid i. e. 1,700/- +. 1. The A/c was taped on all corners and the remote was having only on/off and temp high/low buttons. But the A/c temp was automatically changing. 2. They mentioned in aminities, there is free wifi, they gave us wifi password but the connection was very poor. It used to get disconnected very often. 3. They mentioned mini fridge but was not available. 4. There was not toilet paper, no toothpaste in bathroom. 5. They mentioned woolen blanket, but it was not. 6. Lot of mosquitoes were there in the room. 7. Ther was hardly anyone available on the counter. 8. The celing fan was having no regulator. It was working on a very slow speed.

Staff was very rafugh they dint no to talk guest or customer manger was also same doing they was telling me you mention was that your coming with gf. This is not way to manger was very very rough she same on you same maniger
