DONA PAULA CLASSIC HOTEL

1. Location is very good. 2. ⁠No parking for the guest. 3. ⁠Poorly maintained rooms. 4. Poor lighting in rooms. 5. ⁠No Housekeeping staff. 6. ⁠Unprofessional staff. 7. ⁠stray dogs in corridor and staircases

I got the hotel through MakeMyTrip hotel booking app (which I generally do). The hotel is situated at prime location, near NIO circle. From this hotel National Institute of Oceanography is very near, Dona Paula sea beach is also near, and Panaji - approximately 10 km away. This hotel is a small hotel. The room in which I stayed is small and inside of the room is clean. The toilet is also neat and clean and equipped with all basic facilities. But the facilities in the room should be enhanced, e.g. there is no mirror, no table (there is only a small tea table) inside room. No intercom system available in the room. No. of staff is also very less. I have seen only two staffs - one manager and another attendant ). But their behaviour is very pleasant. Another point, I think it should be taken care of, is that the outside of the glass window is not clean. The outdoor unit of airconditioner is just outside this window and it is full of dirt and algie. Hence, to see outside through this glass window is very repulsive and mind gets gloomy. Besides these shortcomings I think for solo journey this hotel room is good.

Staff was very polite and the hotel was neat and clean. I would recommend the hotel for everyone who are travel-ling with their family

Clean room and responsible staff, no kitchen or any other services available ideal place if you you’re look for a budget stay

Very small there is no proper reception and also in that property construction work is going on there is no safe for customer

Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis. Hygiene is v poor. Nothing in breakfast. Al in al terrible, pathetic

Staying in dona paula classic was a good experience overall, staff was cooperative, front desk was 24 hrs open, easy check-in and check-out process. Taking about the room, it ws as it is as mentioned on website, little small but overall good. Tv /ac were working, washroom was as-lo clean.

Bed linen and pillow covers are dirty. May be they were washed long ago. They clean the room only once in two days although it's a hotel. Bathrooms are clean, staff is good and location is fantastic.

The dom was smelling the washroom was not in good state no helper for the luggage. Please book some other place but just not this

The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Near to dona paula view point only walkable distance. Was a bit difficult to find it as google map location showed destination before reaching hotel.

The property location is great. The ambience of the hotel is ok staff is decent breakfast is just average

So the stay was decent the staff is very supportive, things they can improvise as in bathroom didnt had handwash which is very basic, the bedsheets were not changed after any new person check-ins which i did not liked.

We stayed in dorm and it was good and the bathroom was also clean. Highly recommendable. Thank you me-rick

I've will recommend best in dona paula. Receiption peoples are very good to explain you which is the best places to visit at what time near by buses and jet skiing and best food near by places. Highly recommended

who r coming from long distance they can't wait outside till ur 11am time, coz bus reaches Goa at 7:30 am everytime. especially wid children .I have visited dis hotel facing same problem NXT we won't da worst scenario 🙏

Should have proper ventilation, should not smell like fish. Clean and maintain the property only one staff for managing every rooms. How can they giving that much work to a single person. Just taking money and giving nothing. Even bed is old and shrink-ed
