There is breakfast included in our package but we can't get any Breakfast and there is an major issue in there bathroom drainage outlet . we faced these many issues related bad smell in the room , and the AC is not in well condition

This property is not at all suitable for family. some good photos of room but actual situation is horrible. I am demanding for refund but till now there is no response from the team despite the assurance of responding & providing refund. don't book for family

rooms were not clean , very dirty floors , hotel maintenance is worst , I would never go there in my life

the hotel is dirtiest i ever seen in my life. they dont have wifi, no soap in room, they dint provided breakfast. ac and tv not working 😂 no proper response from anyone out there. worst experience i had.

Room is dirty and floor also not good. Even not changed the bedsheet and cockroaches are roaming around the bed and room. Never suggest it

No cleanliness no hygiene. I was feeling like i was sleeping inside a garbage. One of worst night i have experienced here.

Staff were adamant and not cooperative. Lot of cochroaches in the room prevented us to stay at night. Building and rooms looked pretty new in the photos, but it was very old and room was very bad.

Location was easy to find, but the overall condition of the property was not good and not hygienic, the rooms where in a bad condition, not worthy for any family to stay overnight.

3 the rooms are very spacious and staff is okay. cleanliness is not taken care of. when i checked in, i had to request them to change the sheets as they were used and stained and had to wait two hours before i could rest after a tiring journey. the water in the tank would be over and we would have to tell them. then they would pump water in the tank. in fact the last day we couldn't bathe as the water was over and they didn't refill for a long time. for bisleri bottles it's 10 more than mrp. maybe they are understaffed. also the complimentary breakfast which was promised wasn't given. since there are no decent restaurants nearby, we had to use apps and order. however the place looks safe👍🏻. not taken any

We were supposed to reach late in the evening so since the morning we were trying to contact the hotel and inform them about our arrival time. But they were not reachable over phone. Would either not pickup or decline the call. When we reached the hotel at around 7 pm they said rooms are not available and denied check in. Reception didnt seem to care and said call the customer care and just walked away.

We had requested an early check prior itself in for which they took extra charge for that. The staff were rude to the parents. They didnt provide breakfast which was included in this booking.

It was a cheating. The photos shown was very clean and neat. But in actual so dirty even the flooring torn off. Toilet is do dirty

Finding location is pretty easy.but the location is not at all good.you don't think it's a resident hotel unless there is no board of it.i don't think lots of people are there, it's like a dark vibe, the ambience is not at all good .outside of hotel is not at all clean.coming to rooms.tv is not working, it is just for show.hot water is there but it is very hot that your skin feels irritating.and bad smell is there .not at all clean.about beds it's not clean, it is dirty and untidy with dust and , they provided two bottles of drinking water worth 7 rs. each and two 10 rs.soap and two 1 rs. shampoo.if you need extra water you have to pay for it.I don't think it will be good for ****** reception there is 2 people from what I saw.they work like they doing part time job.not a professional way of dealing with customers.and at night time you can't sleep properly as sounds of vehicles horns.and sounds on door etc. can be heard.morning food time is between 8.30 and 9.30.so if you want to checkout before 8 you don't get food (most people book a one night stay to go early to any place.no clean restaurants nearby.one is there i think but it only offers biriyani, not sure though.overall considering price the performance is not satisfied.
