The food is really good but the room had cockroaches and the bathroom shower was not working properly. It’s an ok stay for 3 nights but can’t say it’s a good stay because of the above reasons. Food at taj mahal was always good and it’s still very good compared to other restaurants for vegetarians.

The services we're not as expected as they were not cleaning the rooms daily. First day i have used the cups for tea and it was not cleaned until the checkout. The proper communication was not there.

We had booked a one night stay hotel taj jubilee hills through makemytrip. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful given that we had a late check-in that was informed to the hotel. The room was very clean with a mini-fridge and a good view of the mainroad & kb r park, bed was comfortable and ac worked as desired. Bathroom was neat and tidy with support accessories in place. Access to the taj restaurant in the ground floor was a big plus. Keep up the good work taj team!
