AC not working , the toilet was in shabby condition, Staff denied for AC room instead of booking done for AC room..

This is a average hotel. Property is good but maintenance is not proper very shorts things like tap leakage, blinking bulb, wash basin pipe missing, no proper cleaning at a time of entry, big almirah but no hangers even one in side almirah cupboards. Need little good experience supervisor. Staffs are good but not upto required level. May improve the entire situation with little upgrade supervision.

In this hotel I booked one room but while check in time he demanded extra amount in cash please don't choose this hotel

I booked the hotel for 4th March 2023 and arrived at 19.00 hrs but the manager denied me room stating that he can’t afford to provide room on weekends on the price. After 30 mins of argument he agreed to let me stay but only for a night and for the next morning he will charge additional 1500. Coming to the room, it was the filthiest room I had ever seen in any hotel. There was no AC, no bucket, no shower, no lights the mattress was dirty, pillows were without covers and a bed sheet that was not washed for a year I thought. The room was full with mosquitos & the washroom was stinking. It was a nightmare of experience. Absolutely not recommended under any circumstances.

The stay was worst, i have even complained. The hotel owner declined checking for the price we had booked saying that they won f accept at this price, since we had already went there with our luggage he said for 1 day he can give but for next day we have to pay more n asked us to cancel. He was asking us to pay both days amount then only he would allow us check-in. But somehow we got him convinced for 1 dat for buked price. The rooms were terrible, no cleanliness, the ac was close to of no use as it was not even cooling the room, we had to use fan only. The bathroom was not clean, broken bucket, dressing section was dirty. We couldn’t stay der for next day, so we checked out.

terrible bad experience, we have confirm booking of 2 rooms and paid payment in advance also. in spite of that hotel persons refuse to give room and told us that ask make we are not responsible for arranging room. than after we do call to local police than they arranged rooms in another hotel. very bad staff kindly delist that hotel Samrat Palace from and refund us money due to such bad hotel you have listed

The owner ask me for 2000- extra in addition to booking The hotel did not entertain booking. I had to pay as i am with my family. Will never book Horrible experience

very bad reception...they ask extra charge...also said that we have no connection
