If they can invest a little more attention into upgrading and maintaining the bathroom fittings, the overall experience would truly be five-star. For first time I had this kind of experience. 2 small water bottles were given and after that every bottle had to be paid for. Asked for bathroom slippers and was told it is @ INR 60 per slipper. We had booked 2 rooms. Will surely not book again.
