Room was good, food was biased with no chicken starter or Hyderbadi biriyani. Finding place for dinner was hard with too many at a time with less tables / chairs.

For the cost per night, the hotel rooms are decent. Service is excellent though. Restaurent and Chef accomodated our requests happily. One thing that Ramoji Film City can improve though is access to some premises for guests already in Sitara Hotel. This time we were told we need to buy a full day ticket to visit even just one attraction/garden. At least gardens and Eco tours etc should be accessible to the guests.

The property is maintained well but we were disappointed with two aspects ,when asked for band aid at reception they didn't have it nor did they send it to the room.even after requesting it and the single hotel s cafeteria was not at all sufficient to cater to increased guests ,we had to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour to get seat inspite of kids being hungry and getting

The hotel’s in a very bad shape. There’s foul smell around the lobby, I informed the manager twice and still the issue wasn’t resolved. The food is very bad. The staff are way below the standard. Overall it’s one of my worst stays if not the worst.

Stayed in the “My Fair Lady” luxury suite at Sitara Hotel for 2 days with my 10-year-old daughter, and the experience was delightful. The suite exuded a royal charm with elegant decor, a bathtub, and thoughtful touches like complimentary dry fruits and chocolates. Dining was a highlight—the majestic dining hall enhanced the overall experience, and the food was excellent. Though the Ramoji Film City tour was paid separately, the hotel arranged the booking comfortably for us. The large pool was another favorite—we had a great time swimming and relaxing. A luxurious, family-friendly stay that blends comfort and grandeur. Highly recommended!
