It was a good and excellent stay. we booked it for two nights and the stay was really awesome. The food was also really good and tasty but the only issue is that when the big groups are in the hotel ,the management have less attention on the other staying people due to this food arrangement places are replaced without any information and guests have to feel shameless by going to other private parties food arrangement.

The stay was memorable. Room sizes seemed smaller than what's shown in the pictures, but the view is great. Great pool quality, awesome overall hotel ambience and particularly food was superb with nothing to point out. Too many options in the buffet. The studio tour could have been communicated better. Two days we'rent enough for us to cover all and we missed visiting a bunch of sites. A 3 day package instead of 2 days including the studio tour could've been a more leisure itinerary. The studio didn't have enough shaded places and we dreaded the scorching sun at many places even in October. The carnival and grand opening were ok ok, we could've covered something else in the time spent there. Mughal gardens, wild West, Askari garden were very good.

For the cost per night, the hotel rooms are decent. Service is excellent though. Restaurent and Chef accomodated our requests happily. One thing that Ramoji Film City can improve though is access to some premises for guests already in Sitara Hotel. This time we were told we need to buy a full day ticket to visit even just one attraction/garden. At least gardens and Eco tours etc should be accessible to the guests.

The property is maintained well but we were disappointed with two aspects ,when asked for band aid at reception they didn't have it nor did they send it to the room.even after requesting it and the single hotel s cafeteria was not at all sufficient to cater to increased guests ,we had to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour to get seat inspite of kids being hungry and getting

The hotel’s in a very bad shape. There’s foul smell around the lobby, I informed the manager twice and still the issue wasn’t resolved. The food is very bad. The staff are way below the standard. Overall it’s one of my worst stays if not the worst.
