Our stay was pleasant overall, except on the last day when one of the washrooms had water logging. We didn’t report it since we had an additional room and were about to check out. Other than that, the food and accommodation were very good.

Great location and great service. Rooms are quite small and food is very expensive but everything else is great, especially the access you get to ramoji film City in the night.

Rooms were small. Staff was good & helpful. Dinner buffet was tasty but very few non-veg dishes for the rate charged. Hotel should help in dropping till main road for a reasonable cost. Uber was asking 3 times the app price for dropping to nearest metro. Requesting Hotel to consider this as an added service. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The chicken in biryani served was stinking and stale. They charge ₹95 for mineral water which is exorbitant. Entire Ramoji film city experience is awful and a strict no-no for aged people.

Overall excellent experience room was clean, hygienic and well maintained all basic room amenities were available and working. Kettle, freeze, dryer and iron press etc all working nice garden nature view from room food was also good. Baby food and milk also provided staff also very nice. Courteous and polite indoor outdoor games also available with lot of open space location inside ramoji film city. You can directly take tour tickets from hotel only. Bus seevice right from hotel doorstep. Only thing you should bear in mind that you should book cab or taxi beforehand as o la uber ppl deny rides and ask for extra money. Overall good location for peaceful pleasant stay
