Worst hotel frequently cite issues with cleanliness (insects, stains, dirt), poor maintenance (broken facilities, malfunctioning AC), and unprofessional staff. poor service, unfulfilled promises from the hotel, and a discrepancy between the hotel's advertised quality and its actual condition

nothing working conditions only breakfast is terrible. only good thing is staff behavior. for bacis amenities you have ask again n again like towel, tooth brush kit, saving kit

I order one tea they served in two hours so I think it is worst please these all are for better future and better service

phone was not working. bathroom light was not working. the person came and changed in midnight. room was excellent. and service was good.

The room was not not up to the standard for the price. The room is very dirty, no amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, etc. AC was not working, phone was not working. I had to come down to reception to complain on the AC. Then they sent someone at night to fix it. Still phone was not working. Cots had repairs done in a very shabby way which made very sharp edges around the bed. Breakfast was terrible. Only had idly and some bajji instead of vada. They had some parata which was cold and inedible. No juice or anything. Tea was kept in a flash with paper cups to have. Disposable plastic glass was kept for drinking water which was kept in a refillable plastic disposer. Pathetic hotel for the price of above including tax.

It was a horrible experience. Day 1- the room had very old and used pillow cover with stains, room had live cokroaches. Day 2- room was changed, but phone was not working, i took mobile number from reception, they picked call after calling 12times, as their was no cutlery in my room. I waited 45 minutes only for a cutlrey ordered to reception. Day 3- in breakfast hall i saw big rat running on buffet table, i went to kitchen and saw 3 to 4 cokroaches inside and outside kitchen door.

Except the non-availability of a proper restaurant this is a good place to stay. Rooms were as per description and MMT complimentary breakfast was nice benefit. Clean, well maintained and had cab/tourist help desk for all the help.

The housekeeping team ensured that everything was spotless and neatly arranged throughout my stay. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the property, which allowed me to relax after a busy day in the city. Another highlight was the food service—the meals were fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, offering a great variety. The staff in the dining area were equally courteous and made sure every detail was looked after. Overall, my stay at Hotel Park Continental was excellent in every aspect. The ambience was good, the location was quite a better place , room was very comfortable and the staff was also very cooperative but one thing is very disappointing there were no food options that is a very bad thing I'm very disappointed and not a book again that property.

the hotel was absolutely run down. The furniture was falling apart. towels & bedsheets were dirty. there were cockroaches in the room. Oyo is also cleaner than this. just not even 1% worth the price

The stay was good and excellent! It would be better in cleaning procedure of bedsheets and floor cleaning ....

There was an Door sensor issue i have asked them multiple times, and fan noise was horrible unable to sleep. I requested to change the room but that not happened, i have visited multiple times from last month. Every time it was perfect but not this time. Thought not to Visit again.

The rooms were good but the amenities are average. It was not worth the price i paid. The staaf was good

They couldn't provide dinner, said they have no inhouse restaurant. They couldn't provide proper plates for the food we offered from outside. The AC was not working properly. We felt like suffocated for most time of our stay.

The stay was terrible. The room was not upto the mark without any toiletries in the washroom.

Location was good but the service is pathetic. Looks like they not interested in doing business and might get closed in few months

Why there is no parking?it was so difficult to park the car and also got the damage on the car by the security guy.other than that it was good
