Check in at 12 to 12 only available, if am coming to hotel at early morning means they will not provide room till 12 , till that you can't refresh and start your work

Stayed for 3 days, Food is Good. The towels are very bad and old. They contain soda ash and a bad smell. No one can use them. The AC is not working properly and very slowly. AC switch is at a high level and many can't reach to operate. They are not replacing bed and pillow covers daily. Hotel Urvasi Review Stayed for 3 days. Food is good. room are in pathetic condition. Rats are moving in AC deduts. washroom are unhygienic. ambience of the room is third grade. TV remote was broken. I will never recommend to stay in the hotel.

myself and my wife checked-in on 13-08-2025 evening. Around 6 pm we came to the dining space in the ground floor to have snacks. after ten minutes 2 persons came there and ordered for liquor. we were shocked to note that 2 more persons came there and they all started taking liquor. They were talking very loudly. That space was not earmarked for drinking liquor. what l felt is that the hotel is not safe for girls and women. we immediately checked out

Room was near and clean. Central AC was not working properly. Room service was average. Restaurant service and food was good.

It was avarage hotel. Location wise it is good, but room, food not great. Food quality is just avarage. Cleanses is good. Rooms are bit old and small. Metro station is at walking distance

The room was really dirty and cockroaches were found inside the room.. AC is also not cooling and when I complained about the AC, about came and checked the central AC display and was told that the blower will go through this amount of air only.. which is negligible. Toiletries are of very very poor quality

I have booked a worst deal to have with mmt because my charged me very high rate for this property I got ha cheap deal with the the hotel when i booked another room with mu booking so I will never refer any one to make a deal with mmt i have been a regular customer ....that company does this type of things to it’s customers

Room was cigarette smelly. Smokers in corridors. Avoid if you are staying with family

My stay was good & it is very easy to reach the location.amenities and services are good.its an great stay

Although the staffs were very courteous, the rooms we're not as per the standards. HK staffs were really helpful, always there to assist, room cleaning was happening twice a day

The property is just adjacent to the Mumbai Highway and very next to Metro line due to which terrible vibrations from the Vehicular movments due to which I did not sleep for even half an hour. very bad experience. added to this is the metro train movement sounds directly in the rooms which is really very disturbing.

Location was thrugh google map. Food is good. Cot is moving. Very bad facilities. Not worth the money.

Hotel urvasi is well-located near shopping districts and metro stations, making travel easy. The staff is exceptionally friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the washrooms are a bit outdated and could use refurbishment. A good option for convenience and service, but some upgrades would enhance the experience.

Hotel rooms are small and old. Room service is very slow
