HOTEL VIRAT Inn

Had an excellent experience at Hotel Virat Inn with seamless check in and check out. The location of the hotel is perfect about 200 metres inside from the main road, which gives you a calm and peaceful surrounding. The Irrum Manzil metro is only at s distance of 100 metres and Mall, PVR cinemas restaurants & shops branded showrooms all at walking distance only, within 500 metres. The staff at the hotel was very cooperative and helpful (5 stars for them). The room was large and very clean. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Good hotel...neat and clean. 50 m from Irrum Manzil railway station..I will definitely come and stay here next time.

A stone throw distance from AIG hospital at somajhiguda. Room was clean, cozy and spacious. We went for treatment at AIG and our stay at this hotel was really satisfactory. Staffs were cooperative and responsive.

Really pathetic there was dead rat smell inside lift and 21 st night Electricity was gone due to heavy rain and the generator power was not supported to my room and upto morning 10 am there was no power supply in my room

Beautiful pleasant and peaceful stay, clean and hygienic rooms, middle of the city, near by metro rail and local railway station to connect hyderabad city tour and trip. Available near all medical facilities and medicine shop's. Over all its is best. neatly maintained rooms and around near with ample parking and beautiful design welcomes gate

No food and amenities available. And also they provided 2single bed in place off master bed. Staff behaviour is good. And also very nee t and clean hotel. Atmosphere is very comfortable for family and couple.

Staff was very co operative. Parking facility is best. Rooms was neat n clean. Staff was very active for any need. Thank you for wander-full service.

My family stayed here for 6 days and had great experience. Staff are nice and very co-operative. Overall, a great stay.

Location excellent in the heart of hyderabad close to malls, commercial places, exquisite shopping places etc. Room is very good, clean and neat. Fairly big and the amenities such as ac, tv, hot water worked very well. In house dining is not there but food can be ordered. Service by room boys on any errands / bringing food from outside / coffee / tea snacks excellent and timely. Can improve on the quality of soap / shampoo etc. Overall excellent place great value for money

Hotel was in good condition.Neat and Clean,Service was good.It was Walking distance from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology.

Rate is too high for this hotel where service is very poor, they were not so polite, if i asked something they provide after 6-7 hours. The housekeeping lady was asking for extra 'chai ka paisa. My check out time was at 12 pm and my flight was at night so i had to leave the hotel around 5 pm, so i asked them for extra time for staying for that i was ready to pay but they were asking for only 4 hours and the room they were providing was non ac and not any facilities there were in the room Overall they are at high rate according to their hospitality.

Booked this hotel as an emergency stay as one of our family member was hospitalised and unfortunately there were more people who had come across different districts majorly were elders. We cannot ask our elders to get out in street or even at hospital. The hotel receptionist should have been more courteous and polite instead they started to argue and inf-act they picked up argument with my friend who was young women. Felt there was insecurity for women’s here in this hotel. Secondly when i had asked why about provisioning additional room they simply asked the guest to vacate whereas we have already paid and still we have one more night to stay. While we asked them on why they behavior is such, then very arrogantly said that it’s okay to loose one customer as they can still run the business. Such a response speaks the volume of this hotel and his owners, management staffs. We had to vacate the room in the late night with elders standing out and does not know what need to be done. The hotel team did not even called me for consulting and simply asking me to read the guidelines i mean why should i read this instead i would appreciate they serve us rather than asking to read the books. Those who are really understand this review i would say if you would like to have a better service then do not book at this hotel.

The location and rooms were great and that why we booked this hotel however the customer service or the experience was not at all great with the receptionist. They insulted my own people and did not had a great experience. I booked this hotel because of family emergency and unfortunately due to excess of people which was obvious if any family member gets hospitalized and families will come far away to visit. We understand that the hotel protocol of having minimum people in a room but there was no proper communication by the receptionist by not giving any options or presenting himself right. We still went ahead booking the hotel again but this time we kept in mind of following the hotel protocol of having to manage number of people in one room however this time the receptionist had simply said that he will not give the room and made one of my family member to apologise as we fought with him in the past for allowing people. Once we apologise then he gave the room. Imagine, we pay the money and ask for apologies and this was a ridiculous experience. Even at the later day, the receptionist said that he will not allow the person whom he fought in the past asking to leave the place. Once we begged him then he allowed the person to the room. I am hoping some strict action is taken. If you want just the hotel room to be nice and cozy this place is good but if you also want some good customer experience then this is not a place to be for that service. Very very disappointing with the team at the viraat inn hotel.
