Terrible Stay
The property is the biggest scam I have faced in my entire travel . We booked a premium room but we were offered deluxe. The room had ants, broken side drawer glass, bathroom stench, defected sofa, and the worst ambience. We complained and waited for almost an hour to get the premium category room we had booked. It was better than deluxe, but still had air conditioning issues full night and door defect. I would advise all potential visitors to abstain from booking this property

MOST UNMENTAINED PROPERTY - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
A/C Not working, bathroom leaking, poor maintenance. damp and smelly rooms. had to shift room at 1 am to different room after reception didn't not bother to send a a/c mechanic. horrible experience for a night room. Neven making this mistake again.

Terrible Stay
Very rude, fan and AC was not working called several times to check on.. no one.showed up. We slept 2 nights with noise of the fan. Service the room was stinking couldn't stay for long. No ones knows exact timings of the swimming pool n breakfast. Terrible experience. I would not rate 1 start as well

Excellent Stay
I like the property - big rooms comfortable beds and very good showers. . The bed linen and pillow cover were fresh and had good sleep. Regarding food - Breakfast was very good especially Sambhar with Idly, dosa etc. juice served was freshly prepared. Dinner served in the room was slow but the taste was good. I recommend them to make a good system so that they can keep tab on quick billing and generating invoices . Some people take breakfast and do not pay for their guests and check out which they cannot keep tabs on. It seems because of lack of system and software too much hard work was being done by staff which takes lot of time and keep guests in waiting both during checking in and checking out.

very unpleasant experience. the staff is rude and unresponsive. The front desk manager especially talks rudely to guests and asks them to cancel the booking if an inconvenience is raised to him. the beds in the rooms are too small for 2 people and not of the king size as shown on the booking page

Poor Stay
The rooms did not have an AC in working condition. They changed the room for me also after which the new room had very less cooling. Most of the customers were complaining about the same at the reception. The room condition is also not nice. The first room which they had provided the hand shower was not working and also there were no towels or napkins. The food and breakfast is good at the restaurant.

such a worst hotel and service. Rooms were so bad. Fan wasn't working. Leakage of water in the room, windows broken and so room full of flies and mosquitoes all night... And ac wasn't cooling because of broken window... My baby couldn't sleep all night. Wen addressed the issue, the duty manager didn't respond at all..... No phone was working in the room... Such a worst hotel and worst staffs...

The AC was not working hence called House Keeping for 3 times, after that the mechanic came after 45 - 50 minutes. But still it didn’t work properly.

facing several issues: AC is not working, making it very uncomfortable. I was charged ₹200 for just two empty plates, which is unreasonable. The room smells bad, and The door doesn’t close properly, which is a safety issue. I request that these issues be addressed immediately. If not, I would appreciate either a room change or a refund.
