The basic room was having a tv that doesn’t even work and the basic room amenities seemed name sake only ... the other rooms were great and the food was really awesome

Stay experience is average, room size and bed size is small. Hot water delayed in morning. Overall average experience

Break fast spread was good. There is no covered parking outside the hotel and we need to park car in basement in the next building. Service and cleanliness is good.

The rooms were ok gud but the reception staff reply was not satisfied bcoz when there are three sharing they should provide extra key for the room who came for business trip

Ambience and the room cleanliness was awesome. Services provided in the room was too good. Complementary breakfast served to cover all dietary options and the taste was exceptional. Only vada taste wasn't upto the mark.

My experience of staying at the hotel was excellent. The location of the hotel is near IT park and food was good too. Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. I didn’t faced a single issue during my stay there. Would highly recommend the place for anyone who is planning to come to Hyderabad

The property location, food, Amenities are Awesome. I liked the Ambience followed by the property location is close to Hitech City and Shopping.

I had jotted my review on Google Maps too, I liked the professionalism and competence shown by the staff, across responsibilities. And I liked both the cafe and the restaurant on either side of the lobby. The location was ideal for me due to it being at a walkable distance both from my office and to the Durgam Cheruvu station.

Staff behavior was worst,especially in room dining staff,indecent conversation with customers... 6th Floor has noises upto 11:10 pm They gave 5th floor room,noisy ,sleep disturbing

The worst hospitality that I had ever been. Somehow my room access card was misplaced. First time ever in my life seen a hotel who had charged for the Access card. Ridiculous and arrogant staff they did not have any courtesy. I had an injury on leg no one helped to find the misplaced card, directly told we will charge for the card, not at all emphatic. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Not worth it for the services they provide.
