This is not at all a 3star hotel. The ac vent was so dusty that we kept sneezing whole time. The towels had lot of stains and smelled bad. There were houseflies and cockroches in the room. We had stayed in a suite room and it was so not worth it. It doesn't really look or feel like suite room n 3 star hotel. The bathroom and room walls and corners were all extremely dirty. not all worth the price. would not recommend.

Had an awesome stay at the Art Boutique Hotel, the check-in was pretty smooth and the rooms were clean. The services were on time, staffs are very polite, supportive and friendly. Allover it was a pleasant stay at the place.

Bed sheets were torn and dirty. Napthaline balls smell was crazy very clobbered.

There was not any smart TV, appliances were not working as expected. There wasn’t a table and chair.. the photos and reality was quite in contrast.. Did not have a good feeling

We book suit room , but room is old and not properly maintained , bath room is very small , floor is slippery. 2. Complementary breakfast is average and also not provided on 1st day. 3. No kitchen 4. Bathroom taps are not working properly, toilet flush is not closed properly , due to that continues water flowing . Finally no value to money .

It good room, lots of cockroaches and small insects, no clean washrooms, pipes not working properly, breakfast was not that upto the amount

My stay at the property was truly pleasant and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the property is well-maintained with all essential amenities. The rooms were clean and the overall ambiance was relaxing. I would especially like to appreciate Dinesh T at the reception for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure that my check-in and stay were smooth. His warm attitude and helpful nature made a great impression and truly elevated my experience. Thanks to Dinesh and the entire team for making my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to visiting again.

Kettle not working in room. They had to provide coffee for free. Couldn't prepare my own tea / coffee. Other service ok.

The hotel is very good. All the staff are polite, and room service is available at any time. The check-out process is user-friendly, and they even offer extended room usage at minimal hourly charges, which helped me finish my work. The location is slightly away from the highway, so it’s peaceful with no noise. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which made things convenient but the room is bit small. Overall a nice and comfortable experience would recommend it. it has a rooftop restaurant with arabian dishes and kunafa’s too available

The room was clean and good, they upgraded my room without any extra cost at last moment. Breakfast was also good. Overall comfortable stay, clean and hygienic place to stay. Staff was also supportive.

I booked this hotel mainly because the listing mentioned a “city view,” but unfortunately, the view from my room was just a wall of the next building — very disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. For the same cost, or even half of it, other hotels offer much better value. There was no Wi-Fi provided, which was another letdown. The room itself was okay in size, but the walls were dirty with visible old stains and marks. The TV didn’t work initially and only started functioning later at night after fixing some loose connections. It would have been much more convenient if the air conditioner had a remote instead of just a wall switch. Even the bed made slight noises whenever I moved. Overall, the stay was below expectations and did not match what was advertised. Definitely not worth the price.

Well located near to ORR. hotel is well maintained and good for the cost. Breakfast was good. Definitely would prefer for my next vists for overnight stay
