Good Stay
The overall experience was good. rooms were good and hygiene was maintained properly but food quality needs to be improved, taste and quality of food is not up to the Mark. That needs to be improved and also price for the food is on higher side

I have infromed staff regarding the door issue but still they have not work
The door sensor system was not working properly. I was locked in the washroom for 30 minutes due to a door lock issue. Please ensure the door is checked before providing the room to any guest.

Good Stay
Good hotel. Only irritant is the constant loud music outside rooms which affects your work or sleep. That's the only reason that may stop me from using bloom in future.

Very Good and Pleasant stay
It has been a very pleasant experience this time. In my previous stay Mr Mujib from reception desk was of great help for a religious place visit I was not getting a cab/cab driver because of local language issue. Thanks to his support, I could manage my visit very well.

That was a bad hotel. Never recommended to anyone since the water is logging and beds are not proper food menu is worst of the worst.

Average Stay
The food was disappointing in both quality and taste. While the location is convenient, I had to repeatedly request basic amenities like towels, toothpaste, and other essentials, which was frustrating.

Good Stay
It has been a good experience of stay over 5 days in Cyber tower, Hyd.Mujib at the counter has been of great help.

Terrible Stay
I always used at different bloom locations but cyber towers which I stayed three days were terrible..bathrooms fittings issues,restaurants n other staff behaviour ..never felt this bad ..I will never book a bloom again

Clean well maintained rooms. Food was pretty good. the staffs were very cordial and would cater to our needs

Poor Stay
Very poor handling by the management. And in the app it was mentioned that complimentary food items were available, and there were no items at all and if you ask anything they will say it will be available for only one person in the entire hotel which seems to be very irritating.
