Review Of Super Hotel O Neredmet Road

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty, and the bedsheets were stained. It didn’t even feel cleaned before our check-in. The washroom was in a terrible condition, with dirty floors and an unpleasant smell. The TV was completely broken and not working at all. When we tried to contact the reception, no one answered, later we found out the receptionist was sleeping in the room next to the reception! This is not how a hotel should be run. I honestly feel like I lost the money I paid. A note to the owner: please either improve the maintenance and service immediately or stop running this place. It’s unfair to cheat fellow travellers like this. Do not waste your money here.

I and my mother stayed at this hotel for 2 days recently. The entrance to the hotel is a shaky iron staircase on which a dog usually sleeps at night. The paint was peeling off of the walls, the bathroom is of the size of a match box and has no washbasin. You can't even stand in the bathroom properly. The sheets were stained with God knows what and were most probably not even washed. If there was a possibility of giving 0 stars, I'd happily give that.
