Special thanx to Geetha ... My stay at the [Mahim home stay] was exceptional! The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this homestay for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Especially if you’re travelling with toddler, and it’s very near to AIG hospital.

Our stay at the property was awesome.The property is located near AIG Hospital. Cab,Auto Services were available anytime which made it convenient to visit any tourist places.Overall our stay was peaceful.

Very poor reception location and the service apart from this room service is called as self service and there is no conveyance near by the location as it is isolated. There is no privacy everything is in common utility will never recommend and will never come again

Congested room/overall okay place

familyThe room that we got was very small and structured in a way that it appeared even more congested. But since we were there just for a day and didn't use the room much because we had work in the city, we didn't bother much about the space. The living area is nice and spacious though.

Overall the hotel was not as i expected and had too many issues. The washroom was too small and several problems need to be fixed by the hotel to attract more visitors. I have already raise the concerns to your team and it has been resolved

Hi Nithin, The review which you have given is unfortunately not entirely true. Firstly, you have booked standard room and since you had issue, we have upgraded it immediately to the executive room without additional costs. With this room, you did not have any problem with the flush. Unfortunately you kept the flush button pressed and left it like that which caused water leakage for entire building and we had to refill the tank. Obviously when you press the flush button and leave it, flush won't work. Secondly, Geyser was kept on for long which caused the coil to burn and it didn't work. Though we knew that this is your mistake, we simply provided hot water whenever you wanted which solved your problem. Lastly, your family was complaining about sealed toiletries which we felt is not a reasonable complaint. We don't think any guest would accept if we provide toiletries without seal. After all these, we have refunded your money because what ever might be the reason, you didn't like the place. We have proof for the same.

Clean rooms but need to improve

coupleWe booked for one night first and had to stay for 3 more nights but decided against it because of these reasons: 1. The rooms should have light blocking curtains. Those currently in the were just flap ideal for meeting room. Bright light started coming from 7 am onwards. 2. In the booking description, heading says bed with free wifi and breakfast. It is confusing, and means - room with free wifi and free breakfast. If breakfast is chargeable, it should not be mentioned in the heading at all. It may be our misunderstanding but thats what it appears to normal eyes. 3. No one was there to assist with luggage. Although that was not expected but neither the person yesterday nor today offered to help. I carried it and my wife was struggling with the second bag. A little ask to help would have been nice - although we probably would have said no but still. 4. Bedsheet had bubbles, which probably many ppl won't use in their bedrooms. 5. There were mosquitoes in the room. A mosquito repellent could have helped. Bottomline - room and washroom were clean and nice. Although they were congested but that's not really in your hands. Going by the price, these things are the bare minimum one will expect.

Dear Kashyap, The review which you gave is unfortunately not entirely true. Most of the part, your misunderstanding and you forgot to mention the hospitality provided to you. - Firstly, like we have clearly explained to you, the booking has two options for the guest . They can book with breakfast or without breakfast. You booked without breakfast option so you will get the room at little lessor price. It was totally your choice. - We maintain lighter themes for the rooms, as part of that blinds were white in color. Like mentioned, we had rooms with light blocking rooms but were occupied. If you had problem with this, you could have informed us and it would be definitely resolved. - Regarding the luggage, every time, we extend our help to our guest and we dedicatedly do that. Your check out time was at 11am and we have waited till 1:30 for you to pick up the luggage and our staff went for lunch ( we were not obligated to wait without having lunch I believe ) . If we would have received a call, someone would definitely be there to help you. For sure, you were there and your wife was not alone. - I also like to mention that , we did not charge anything for luggage storage or late check out. Hope you acknowledge. - Also, regarding the bedsheets, like mentioned to you personally, we don't use sheets with bobling. This is our mistake and apologies for the same. We'll make sure this doesn't repeat.

businessGreat location and staff. Super friendly and the house makes you feel like home. Owner has stalked up the kitchen with all the essentials for cooking. Hats off to this place. All rooms are not the same though. But comfort at its best.
